My experience buying from BCVapor was not that great. There were issues with the shipping, which…read moregranted it was Canada Post who delivered it to the wrong address, but it was admitted that they had full insurance so they'd get the value back if the shipped item was unrecoverable. It took a month of my continuous follow-ups before I was offered a replacement unit be shipped, no longer in the colour that was originally ordered as a gift. As compensation, they sent a cheap grinder (which was already offered as part of the original purchase) that is unusable and smell proof bags that were also already offered as part of the original order, so in reality, no compensation was received. I don't think I will be purchasing from them again and will not be recommending them to my friends.
