Jose contacted me within minutes of my message and came out within the hour. Very professional and courteous. I wasn't in an emergency situation but his promptness would have definitely met that expectation had I have been. Thank you for heading to South Orange County! Highly recommend! read more

Words aren't enough to express my gratitude for Jose!! Thank you so much for coming to my rescue on a Saturday morning! Thank you and God bless!! read more

Jose just can't out and did the job perfectly, he was on time and very friendly. Most importantly they gave me a great price! Thanks guys and I will be referring people! read more

Great work. Jose was prompt, honest and did a great job creating new key fobs for our Toyota Sienna which we lost. Thanks, Jose.

I've only written a couple reviews, I only do so when I feel that I received an experience worth telling. Jose, the owner, was very quick to respond to all of my questions, I am the type who has a ton. He was nothing short of extremely professional courteous and fair. I compared his pricing to other locksmiths throughout Orange County. He was The cheapest, the quickest also he came to me! This was truly amazing and above all probably the most friendly guy. I don't have many locksmith needs. But whenever I do I will be sure to use this company as well as spreading the word to my friends and family. Jose, thank you for everything. I appreciate all you've done! read more

Beware... $75 flat service fee no matter how long it takes.

Amazing service! Answered right away with a quote. Price is very affordable, best I could find. Thank you Jose for great customer service!

This is the second time we have called Javier to cut and program keys for us. He is amazing. I highly recommend using him for any of your key needs. His prices are extremely fair and he is fast and efficient and knowledgeable. read more

Apr 2019 Update: I couldn't get what I thought was the spare key to work and reached out again and service this time was above and beyond expectations. Not sure what key I had bc it doesn't seem to be the spare key Express Mobile had made me for back in Nov but they were willing to do what it took to get this other key programmed and working at no extra cost. I really appreciate this great customer service. Nov 2018 Great service. Quote was accurate. Pricing was much cheaper than dealership. Service was excellent read more

Works on Camp Pendleton! Javier is the man. Met on base. Drove to location. As was done in 20 min on my 2012 Ford 150. Will use every time.

Our old Honda Element had a worn key. Great work in fixing it, providing a spare key and ensured it worked on old doors. Well done. Highly recommended read more

Great experience fast service! I would definitely work with him again. He answer all my questions promptly.

I couldn't afford to pay for towing to a dealership when I lost my car keys and had to get them replaced; the dealership referred me to Javier. Javier's quote was cheaper than the both dealerships I checked with, and was, as has already been said, fast and friendly. I decided not to get a remote, which he quoted at $50 (compared to $80 at a dealership). I got two programmed keys for $170 (one key was $150), compared to $184 at one dealership, and nearly $300 at another. The same technology that allows Javier's business to be mobile (I think) also means you have the option of getting only one key ($150), whereas at the dealership, because they need to make two keys to program them, I would have had to get two and pay for both. (which I ended up doing anyway, but still. In case that's useful...) *note: cash only* Definitely recommended. read more

Incredibly fast, friendly, professional and organized. Arrived a little later than originally planned but no big deal Javier made up for it by being done with the Re-key in about 10 minutes as opposed to the 30 minutes he said it would take. He should change the name to Lightning Fast Key Co. Haha, Thanks!! read more

Super happy with their service, lost my car keys and didn't have any spares. They were able to come to me within an hour and make a new programmed key within only a couple minutes! I highly recommend them, quality work for an affordable price! read more

It sounded like Express Mobile Locksmith would be good based on all the 5-star reviews. They even say "3 Hour Response time, " but what if there's no response? My wife lost the electronic module out of our chipped Camry key and we are trying to get it fixed. Advanced Mobile Locksmith indicates that they do this sort of thing. Yet, I have left messages over the last 3 days and have received ZERO response. I would not recommend this outfit and will go somewhere else where they care about the customer. read more

Highly recommended. Best price and Jose came within 30 minutes. My proximity car key is not standard and he had to go back and get another one. He was back within an hour and I now have a 2nd key. I could not have asked for better service read more

Awesome service! Had a new key FOB made for my 2012 Toyota Prius V - contacted via Yelp and set up appointment for next morning. Jose arrived promptly and did complete service (supplied new FOB, programmed to car and cut valet key) in less than 25 minutes! Dealer wanted a week to get FOB part, two hours of tech services and more money for the same job. Express Mobile Locksmith gets my vote! Highly Recommended! read more

Amazing! So helpful - they were the only company willing to help me out after I lost a rental car key! Came to my rescue even though they were done for the day - quick easy friendly service - very reasonable price! Highly recommend them! read more

Lost my only Lexus fob. Asked for a quote thru yelp at 10:30pm and in seconds I had a quote and an appt for first thing in the morning. On time and in 30 mins my car was unlocked and a new key fob in hand! Jose was awesome and a third of the price of the dealer. No towing no waiting around. Call him if you need a locksmith! read more

I needed new car keys for a new Corolla with a chip and he was able to make me two new keys in less than 15 mins. Very nice. Thank you!

Amazing customer service and pricing. Really went out of their way to redo the damage another locksmith created. A+ All Day!

Jose did a great job! He worked to program the keyless entry, unfortunately I had purchased the wrong ones. When the correct ones came in Jose showed up quickly and programmed them in minutes. Very knowledgeable about the locks, keys and key less entry devices, I will use them again for sure. Texting to the number seems to work the best. read more

I had to get some remotes programmed for my car and contacted them through yelp for a quote. Received one quickly and we setup an appointment. Turns out I got the wrong remotes and had to order new ones. I wasted his time but he was super understanding and helpful through the process. Got a new remote and had the programming done today. Quick to respond, quick to schedule and very fair price. Highly recommend them! read more

He's the man. Quick to answer the phone and shows up at the appointed time. He helped me when I needed a new master key for my Toyota. Why go to the dealership when you can ask Javier instead to meet you where your car is located. read more

I broke my key they were able to help me out fast and took only ten min to make a new one! Def would recommend them to anyone who needs there services. Thank you again!(: read more

Javier from Express Mobile Locksmith was awesome and we will use his services again in the future. My 2003 Toyota Sequoia, with 250,000 miles and running strong, had only one key that was barely working. A mechanic told me I would need to replace the ignition which just for the part was $500. That wouldn't have even fixed the problem. Then the dealer wanted at least 50% more than what Javier was charging. Plus I would have had to waste my time at the dealer. I called Javier this morning and he was out to my house within a couple of hours. His prices can't be beat and he's honest and very professional. read more

Picked up quite quickly. I needed a spare key made to work with a transponder. Javier was able to arrive in about 5 mins and had the key made, tested and running in about 10. Was 125 for key and service. read more

I use their services after loosing my spare keys and worried that someone will use the key to open my car. I called and we scheduled appointment to my residence the next day. The young gentleman (forgot his name) was extremely helpful. I explained my concerns and he had a solution to everything. I will definitely call him back if I have any other locksmith needs in the future. read more

Jose provided awesome service to reprogram my replacement Acura RDX key fob remote and cut the valet key. Responded fast to emails and got a quote, easily set up an appointment, showed up on time, and did the work in a short time. Service fee was very reasonable compared to dealer and other locksmith's. Very knowledgeable and experienced, and explained why I had some non-compatibility issues with the replacement key fob. With the current COVID 19 situation, Jose maintained his distance, wore a mask, and minimized contact with the vehicle. Would definitely use Jose and EML again. Highly recommend! read more

These guys are awesome! I recently needed a new key made for my car and they came to me within an hour of me contacting them. It only took about 30-40 min and I had my key. I highly reccomend them for any key services you may need. They also had the best price out of all the other people i talked to. read more

I have a 2005 honda civic. The key wouldn't turn in the ignition. I tried moving it back and forth and turning the key. Nothing worked. I called other locksmiths, they wanted to come and see the car before they gave a quote and would charge a service fee to come out. Some of them said it could be the ignition and that would be very expensive. I called the dealer and they were way to expensive should it be the ignition. I was finally referred to Express Mobile from another locksmith. I called the number. Javier answered and by my description over the phone, gave me the solution and a reasonable price to complete. He was at my location on time, performed the service as he said and charged me as we agreed. Thank you Javier and Jose. I will be referring you to everyone who needs a locksmith. read more

I was having a hard time turning the key in the ignition in my 2000 Toyota Tundra. If I wiggled the steering wheel just right, and said a little prayer, I could turn the key. But the problem was getting worse. Thru Yelp I requested estimates from 4 locksmiths in my area. All four responded w/ in about 30 min. Two gave me an estimated cost to re-key the truck. Javier was responsive to my questions, competitively priced and available. Sold. He set the appointment, showed up on time and did a great job! I'd call him again. read more

Great service at a great price. I had to get a replacement car remote programmed. He showed up 15 minutes after I called and had it done in under five minutes.
