"There are 999 problems, and if this gas station is one, I guess that makes 1000" - Jefferson. A Mobil station that I use regularly in Rochester when I come to Henrietta to get some of the best food in all of Upstate and Western New York. They don't just have great food around here but they have some good gas as well, which is a hell of a lot cheaper than the stuff on the freeway. It's a pretty handy gas station located in Rochester and it's right where I needed it to be. I was able to get myself some mid-price fuel - actually probably slightly on the cheaper side - and it's sad that having used this gas station on several occasions, including just a few months ago, to notice that it looks like they're no longer a Mobil, and may have been taken over by someone else - possibly Speedway.

I will no longer be giving this location my business after a number of experiences I had over the past few weeks. Twice over the span of a week I went to fill up my car and have found that the store is completely locked and unattended with a sign on the door that says "back in 10 minutes." Both times I waited for 15-20 minutes to be rendered service. The first time it happened, the young lady came and unlocked the door and I walked in to pay for my gas and I was immediately told to leave the store without explanation. The second time this happened, I walked into the store to pay for my gas and noticed it was the same young lady as last time. So naturally, I asked her name so I could privy the manager and the corporate complaint line of the antics of this clearly newer employee. On this occasion she ignored me and I needed to ask this employee a number of times what her name was to even get a response from her. Before I could get my request out the third time the employee told me that if I continued to "harass" her I would be asked to leave. Long story short, she walks back into the store and turns off my pump, and when she sees me coming in for a refund she acts like I'm the idiot and turns the pump back on. I still wanted my refund, and she refused to give me a refund and told me to leave the store immediately. Naturally, I obliged as I'm not going to throw away my time dealing with a low level, uneducated gas station employee. So I finished fueling, called corporate to file a complaint and asked for a call from a district manager once it was processed. Fast forward to now over a week later, and I finally get a call from a district manager. Nice fella, but clearly covering his own ass. Bottom line is, he sided with the employee who to this day still works there. His excuse was "I can't fire her over this, labor laws, blah blah blah" basically a bunch of crap. This station has lost my business, and unless you'd like your customer service experience to be a secondary concern, I'd advise you withhold your business as well.
