He has never had an issue getting parts, even including the unusual size tires for my wifes car that even tire shops don't carry and have to special order. The one time I had tires installed and one leaked, I simply brought it back and they replaced the faulty valve stem within 5 minutes of me getting there, solving the problem. For major mechanical I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. The only downside is that Sparky won't do engine replacements anymore and I've been looking at getting a 69 Camaro and would want him to do a full engine swap for a rebuilt one rather than try to do the work myself.

I don't like that it doesn't do the under carriage and it didn't get a lot of grime, bird poop and bug blood off my car. I probably won't be back because it is not powerful enough to clean my car. I understand it's not going to get everything off every single time but when I go to other car washes they get most of the crap off my car. I would say that this clean my car about 75% compared to the 90% I get elsewhere.
