"All the other machines are 30 minutes". She did open the machine and got it to skip ahead. But why wasn't there a note on the machine? Or better yet- get the damn thing fixed! I'm still flabbergasted that there is no warning for the customers. My advice is far away from this crummy laundromat which doesn't care about the customers.

The owner, I guess, cuz idk who this man whom I can hardly even understand his English is telling me to climb on his machines ME THE PATRON , climb over the machines to switch of the machine while he's being extremely nasty as if his clothes were stuck in my machine . Luckily there was a gentleman here to help me and he had to climb on top of the machine to assist because the "owner" is such a probably lazy POS and didn't want to have to send someone to help. This absolute disgusting human being had the audacity when I told him to calm his tone down because he was being rude, "f*** you b****." Damn sure not returning.

Service 5 stars, property really a 3.5-4. Property is clean with TV's and bathrooms, even 2 vending machines and change machines, but would be nice if they had an ATM or a change machine that took credit/debit. Again, Helen is a real help there, super friendly as well, and the rest of the staff is great too. Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. Best there is in the SOMA area, which is kind of sad, but then again most homes have washer dryers here too.

Last night came here and the woman inside told my partner around or before 10:15 I couldn't do a wash. We were told the night prior last wash is 10:30. She was rude, belligerent. I went in and asked if she said that to my partner and she said yes, last wash 10. The night before we were told 10:30. I said - it's not too late, we would be out well before close at midnight and that we were going to do a wash. She started coming over and slamming the washer doors around us, trying to intimidate us. For much of the time our wash load was in. When I asked her name, she went silent. She clearly isn't going a very good job of cleaning. I'm contesting the charges on my card and reporting this place to the state attorney general. You can't treat people this way or have dangerous washers with mold. This is the last thing I needed on a rough road trip for medical needs.
