Honestly, that's why I continue to come, I have money on my card. The bonus is if you load $20, they give you $1 and I believe you can turn your card in for $1 (don't quote me). Also, they dryers are hit and miss. Some work, some don't. Most are 10min. but then there are a few that are 20min, 30min and 60min. They are randomly located-fyi. The internet it slow so don't plan to watch Netflix. I won't give it 2 stars because I have yet to find a cleaner place to wash in Dallas/Lancaster...

The lady that worked there was helpful, but ended up entering the wrong machines, so I had to move all my laundry. Plus, the fact that you can't pay exact change unless it's with the app was a rip off. It was a clean space, none of the machines were broken, the dryer dried everything in one round. So that made it a worthy trip. But seriously, Queen is going to lose clients just like me by over complicating things.

On the evening of my visit around 8:30 PM, I was finishing my laundry shortly before the 10:00 PM closing time. I was the last customer inside and was in the process of removing my clothes from the dryer and gathering my belongings so I could leave. I had my 1-year-old grandchild and my 14-year-old daughter with me. As I was packing up my items and preparing to leave, the employee on duty told me I needed to leave immediately in a very nasty tone. I calmly explained that I was gathering my belongings and would be leaving momentarily. Instead of allowing me a reasonable amount of time to finish collecting my clothes, the employee called the police. Two officers arrived. One officer approached my 14-year-old daughter outside and asked for her name and ran it through his system. The other officer spoke with the employee inside the store. According to the officer, the employee called simply because she wanted me to leave the building. This situation was completely unnecessary and escalated what should have been a simple situation. I was already in the process of leaving. Having police called while I was peacefully gathering my belongings--especially with my children present--caused significant emotional distress and discomfort. During the interaction, the employee also continued speaking negatively about me until the officer asked her to stop talking, while he allowed me time to collect my things. This experience was extremely upsetting and felt discriminatory and unprofessional. No customer should have police called on them simply for finishing up and gathering their belongings at closing time, especially when children are present. I hope the owners of this location review their staff training and address how customers are treated so that no one else has to go through an experience like this.

She was very friendly and told us that they provide free detergent and that liquid to soften your clothes , and dryer sheets. Good thing is that we didn't have to worry about having change( quarters ) to wash and dry. They used a card system. wonderful i loved it. I'm very impressed at the facility the cleaningness it was and the friendliest as well . A plus is that its across the street for the police station. I was the first one in and first one out- it was empty so it was super easy for me to get in and out. I did the quick wash for 18 mins. I used the change machine and got quarters (however they do have an app that you can download and pay via app for cheaper pricing- $1.99 on app for washer instead of $2.50 for quarters). The man working was really nice and to himself and the place itself was pretty clean and quiet. I didn't feel unsafe or out of place. Overall great ! Will definitely use again if need be !
