ago Called for a quote today and spoke with daisy, gabby. asked for commercial auto insurance. They proceeded with asking me my name birthday ect. I asked that before I give them my personal info if first they can answer some questions. They got really frustrated with me and hung on me. Sounds strange right? "We don't take your type of business here sir" I'm sorry what?? listen to the audio and you tell me. What they meant by this statement. My son needed insurance on his new 2024 Honda Civic Sport in order to drive it off the lot. This was in November 2023. Express Lane insurance was the only company who could offer him same day insurance as the law has recently changed. Most companies can take up to 14 days to get insurance through. So when I called and talked to Gaby she knew exactly who I was. Once again she was rude and because of the fact that she knew we needed the insurance the same day, she told us an extremely high price. She actually gave us 3 different prices before arriving at around $1200. Yes $1200 for one car. My son is 19 so he's a new driver but this is astronomical. I guess you can make up anything at this company and add cars to the policy that aren't even yours. I'm sure that's not legal since the "Mazda" wasn't my son's. I'm eager to know what crazy price it would have been if the Mazda wasn't on there. Needless to say we called Fred Loya Insurance and went with them and now he pays a lot less. However, because he wanted his new car off of the lot at that time he had to pay that high price and he would have paid even more had it been quoted. So who's the less than smart one now? Additionally please be aware of your policy. They added some random Mazda that my son has never owned and said that if they didn't add it the instills have been even higher. I went in to pay for my car insurance today after calling first. It was a younger lady that sat on the right as we walk into the door then it's an old nasty flat back women that sits on the left this was my first time ever even talking to this older women because I always dealt with the more pleasant younger one. We tried to ask her questions and she replied shouldn't I have asked when we got the policy. I said I don't understand all of these hidden fees. She became irate and told us we owe the policy plus some other fees. She also said something about us being privileged. I said....no you are privileged to have our business. Then I told her I know it just have to be a better insurance company around here somewhere, Then she said....well if you get a different company remember you owe us $50.00. I still didn't understand why I was told we couldn't pay on MLK's BD , then we came the next day and the insurance company wouldn't take the payment, so we had to pay $275.00 for a one day holiday fee. We also owed another $50.00 from who knows where?? The company then sent us a letter saying for $15.00 they would rewrite the same policy again. But of course when we asked this ignoromis she again said I don't know anything about that. We gave her our money and I told my son to make SURE he got a recipe from her. She looked up rudely and said ''can I help you with anything else'' ?? I wondered what black widow web we had crawled into. I then walked to a beauty supply store farther away and told the owner what had happened and she said, Oh you should have gone to the Farmers Insurance they are so nice and they will explain everything. I just can't figure it out yet. If I have two choices to make these days I often choose the very worst choice. Just ride right on past that Express lane and save yourself some money and some rest. '' Don't Mess with express lane.... and that's my opinion, advice at least not the in Lancaster on 47th street.between R and S Street. seem to pick the worse one. STAY AWAY from this insurance company. Blanca is a liar will take your money without fully explaining company policies including 30 day deadlines for learner permit drivers to get their license. Scammed my nephew into a policy that he's not even covered on. When I called Dmv to confirm 30 day I was told it's a company policy not a requirement. We tried to cancel policy even though we never signed docu sign paperwork and they are still charging my nephew. Going to California BBB next to file complaint against their license. Sent payment paperwork with no declaration page showing vehicle info or coverage amounts. If you read this and still hire them good luck. read more

Leaving a 1 star review because my mom got SCAMMED. My moms insurance recently got canceled w infinity because a truck she has listed is considered "comercial" her policy expired and she called them to see what's going on. The policy was up for renewal but it didn't auto renew for that reason that the truck is considered comercial. Anyways Friday my mom called them and they told her she had to start a whole new policy & had to pay a new deductible and fees to express. She did that. I told her she was wrong and only had to call Infinity. Well today Monday. She called infinity and they told her she only had to call them to reinstate her policy and all she had to pay was the monthly cost. Express told her she had to open a new policy and charged her over $300 If she would have called infinity it would have cost her her monthly payment of $170 ish. These people are not honest and will do anything to charge you more fees. I do not recommend!!!! read more
