This review is about CONNIE AT FREEWAY INSURANCE. Tried them out because they had decent prices that's all.. I tried to save a couple dollars and it drastically backfired on me . She overcharged me a "DEPOSIT" about 100 over my premium and that lasted only 18 days instead of the whole month to month as connie explained to me . When I called to dispute I got through to the corporate office to CARLOS 5417 ID number ... He admitted that Connie was wrong for misinformation and misinforming me on how the policy works so he offer to refund me only 36.47 out of the 237 they charge me . Saying that's all he can give me and he's the last point of contact . I said I would report him to the Better Business Bureao . He then said the only way I would even get those 36 would be to forget the complaint . He kept telling me to forget the complaint and if we have an agreement to not say anything . So I took a hit here to make this complaint and let all of you know don't risk it don't lose money don't waste time and don't deal with highway robbery from freeway insurance. I signed up with this insurance company six months ago I had no problems at all until I tried to add my wife to the plan Another gentleman asked more questions about the car and my car was a salvage title And they do not cover salvage title so I was basically paying for a piece of paper he replied So if anything happened I would not be covered so I decided to go to another company but trying to cancel was not easy customer service kept giving me the runaround,hanging up as soon as I call It was a nightmare trying to cancel I highly do not recommend this insurance if you plan on canceling in the future it was hell read more

Walked in the Palmdale location today to get insurance and there were two agents there. One with a customer and another preoccupied with something. Not even acknowledged when I walked in but sat down to wait for the next available person. Waited for 45 mins and nothing was ever said to me. I get that maybe they were short on staff but at least a "I'll be with you shortly" would of been nice. Only one other customer in there and she was getting helped. Called AIS in the parking lot and got insured in less than 10minutes. Waste of time waiting and driving to freeway. read more

During this time they were announcing on the radio that FREE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE was being offered with ALL NEW POLICIES. Everything was done over the phone and email. I noticed on the policy once it was sent over that my daughter name was spelled wrong. I emailed and text Brian Toyota to please fix her name before the original paperwork was mail out and to also send me the phone # for the roadside and he never did anything I asked him for. It's now August and of course I got a flat tire.. I called customer service and they gave me the number for roadside.. Once I was telling them about my flat they told me I didn't have roadside on my policy and had to pay $88 for them to come out and swap my flat for my spare.. Now I'm here trying to get my reimbursement for the $88 I paid when I shouldn't of because that was offered with my NEW POLICY. I've called Brian Toyota and he's no help! He is rude and keeps saying he's at lunch and hangs up on me. I talked to a so called supervisor by the name Gabriel Sanchez Gonzalez and he also is no help! He offered me $50 of reimbursement. Now why the hell would I take $50 for my reimbursement when I paid $88? I need someone from corporate or someone that's going to reimburse my $88 to contact me. They also got 1 star on this review because I have no choice. But they deserve a 0. If you got your Policy and was told you get FREE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, you better check cause I doubt it! This Freeway Insurance office in East Palmdale is the worst. Never again will I come here to make business. I called and Mariah Padilla was supposed to get a quote for me on how much it would be to add another car to my policy and call me back to discuss the numbers but instead I got an email confirming that she just went ahead and added the car without my consent or without even telling me the price first. I called the office and explained what happened to the man who answered and he transferred me to her line and she never answered. I called multiple, multiple times and the office would not answer my call. I know they were purposely ignoring my call because I know they have caller ID because in the first place when she was going to call me back, I asked her if she could see my number and she said yes and repeated it back to me. Then finally I got ahold of some "corporate" office of theirs and the "supervisor" was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I think his name was Robert but I don't remember. When I asked to speak to another supervisor because of how rude he was, he swore up and down that there was no one else to speak to and he was the be-all and end-all. Worst company ever. Worst office ever. Never do business here read more

This insurance is a scam! I took the policy to a lawyer and they they laughed at it. You end up paying hundreds for trash paperwork, but when you really need them their not there. I walked in & they told me they don't handle claims there, so why did you charge me a broker fee? I just switched to All State & they said their broker fee means they will actually be there to help you handle an accident, question, anything! I called freeways main # & the person on the phone literally kept saying "I don't know" to every question I had. I'd highly advise to spend more for better service. read more

They asked me to go to this office to make my first pymt and to take pictures of my vehicle and when I arrived they increased the amount.
