Unprofessional and racist company, they do not assist you unless you are Latinx. I went in person, they told me they couldn't help me. I then received a call two days later from another insurance company stating they were informed that I was looking for car insurance. I asked the agent to call me. He called me and told me he received my information from Adriana's insurance. He was extremely unprofessional as well. I was never told or asked if they could release my information. I have no problem with the insurance to be completely honest, what I do have a problem is with the fact that when I've come in for something they sign will say open but the lock is on the door and there is no one there. I've come to this location on 3 different occasions and every time they should be open but instead they are closed. They close at 8 pm and I'm coming either before noon or right after 2. Those are times they should be open. There's not even a sign to say they stepped out for lunch or anything. read more

Went in to add a new vehicle to my policy. To my luck the lady that was helping I guess was still learning her job cause the whole process took almost 3 hours to make a new policy and add a new vehicle. She had to ask for help multiple times to her superior. At one point they excused themselves cause they wanted to discuss something in private about my policy. It got to the point to were to I told them to just forget the whole thing and refund my credit card charges that they did. They insisted that they figured out the problem and it was almost done. My last question to the lady in charge was if this is my new policy payment and to assure me that I won't get a different amount in the mail. A week later I get my paperwork in the mail and of course the new payment is $100 more than they have quoted me. Will not be using Adrianas ever again. Zero Stars. Bad service. I would give them zero if I could! They serve bottom of the barrel policies fortop dollar prices.I canceled my policy threw them about a month and a half ago almost 2 and when I did it they said that cancelation fees would be taken care of by the pro-rated portion of the policy. About a month later the I get and out standing bill from the insurance company so I tried to take care of it with them and they told me I had to take care of it with the broker. So I get in contact with Adrianna's to try to pay what's left and then they try adding 20 dollars on top when they should of taken care of it right in the first place. read more

Did not get greeted for sometime finally got sat down and still was waiting for a while The lady was nice but did not know what she's doing. I was renewing my tags. Finally stumbled out way through and I was guaranteed to pick them up in the morning. I said no it's fine I'll come after work at 5. After waiting another long time they figured out she messed up some part of the process and said I had to come back the next day. I had To miss a job because my tags were expired, but I was guaranteed to pick them up in the morning again. I said ok.
