In one day, I picked up all my kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, and other items such as sink faucets for under $3,000. Grossman's specializes in close outs and has a little less selection than the big box stores, but still has tons to offer. They have flooring, doors, windows, bathroom vanities, tubs, toilets, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and a ton more. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. One of my cabinets arrived with a scratch, and the manager quickly ordered a replacement for me and gave me his store email so I could contact him as needed for my cabinet install. I joke that the company hires Ninjas because when I place a call or email them for service it seems like they are here before I hang up the phone or press enter on the computer. Safety: After my car window was smashed they refused to give me the footage and have now completely gotten rid of the security personnel. And the front door no longer locks, allowing anyone into the building. Update: I kept finding bottles of urine in the hallway and its because apparently were hosting the local homeless population. 2. Electric: After adjusting and adjusting, my electric bill sits around $300 because the windows are so bad. THERE IS ACTUAL ICE FORMING ON THE INSIDE OF MY WINDOWSILL (see pics). 3. Liars: I was told by my leasing agent (Alicia) that in my contract there would be a section about water utility bill that I should ignore because they won't actually charge until 2 years down the line. Second payment there's a $75 water bill. 4. Office Staff: I am sure they are nice people but they are some of the most incompetent front desk staff I have ever encountered. I literally have to talk the way I would to CHILDREN. (Hi Yolanda!) 5. Cleanliness: Hallways are disgusting and countless neighbors, have mice problem. I found one in my bathroom once... horrified. But there are MASSIVE rats that circle the building, like the size of a Yorki. Needless to say, after moving out as fast as possible, STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
