After weeks of unanswered emails and ignored phone calls to their so-called "customer service" department, a supervisor informed me it would take at least two more weeks to receive the refund they had already promised. Apparently, five months wasn't quite long enough. With enough complaining, they were able to refund my credit card (which I was initially told could not be done). This company came recommended by someone who used them years ago, but I've since learned they were sold and are under new management--an explanation that neatly aligns with how far things have gone downhill. Expect circular conversations, chronic avoidance, and zero accountability from customer service if you choose to work with this poorly run operation. You've been warned.

They have flooring, doors, windows, bathroom vanities, tubs, toilets, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and a ton more. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. One of my cabinets arrived with a scratch, and the manager quickly ordered a replacement for me and gave me his store email so I could contact him as needed for my cabinet install. Safety: After my car window was smashed they refused to give me the footage and have now completely gotten rid of the security personnel. Liars: I was told by my leasing agent (Alicia) that in my contract there would be a section about water utility bill that I should ignore because they won't actually charge until 2 years down the line. Second payment there's a $75 water bill. 4. Office Staff: I am sure they are nice people but they are some of the most incompetent front desk staff I have ever encountered.
