The cabinets were very well priced, all with soft close and well constructed cabinets. I got quartz counters and backsplash and they were so aggressively priced that nobody could compete with them and I did a ton of shopping around. The only suggestion I would make to a future buyer is to work with their installer for two reasons. A better understanding of their drafting and install process and secondly better priced. I went with someone I knew from previous jobs and found out I spent $3-4K over what I should have spent. Cabinet changes and issues arose and they were their when my phone rang and support was prompt and fast delivery for the replacement and re-designed space. I will put it two ways to all future buyers, message me and you can see my kitchen first hand. Secondly when the interest rates drop and I buy another house, these guys are doing my kitchen again.

I highly recommend Hartford Kitchen Factory and Joaquim Amaro

If I could give them less, then one star I would!! This was by far the most unprofessional company…read moreI have ever dealt with. I usually do not write reviews on bad companies, but I feel I need to warn others how bad they were. I ordered a load of drywall and stated that it needed to be hand loaded into the garage as the site was not accessible by boom trucks. I asked for it to be in three Piles according to size. They charged me for an extra guy, understandable and said that would be no problem. The house has a two-car garage and I have a manlift parked in front of the left bay. I left the right bay open for them. The tried backing the truck down the driveway and onto the front yard which was all mud. The truck got stuck so they spent two hours and some of my lumber to get it out. they then decided instead of doing it by hand he would try the forklift which he also got stuck in the yard. The yard looks like a war zone at this point and they haven't even unloaded any drywall yet. When they started to unload it they must have decided it was too much to carry so they loaded what they could in the garage with the lift. They couldn't load the last pile as the other side had the manlift in front of it and they didn't want to carry it so they decided to try and push my manlift with the forklift causing damage to the lift. At which point they dumped the pile in the driveway next to the lift. When I complained to their manager they told him there was not enough room on the side of the lift to walk, and there was not enough room in the garage for the last pile that is why it took 4 hours to deliver. They also said they got stuck because the lift was in the way. They drove the truck off the driveway 100 ft. before the lift so it wasn't the lift in the way it was incompetence. Where they said there was not enough room to walk they were able to put the last 4'x12' pile of drywall with the forklift. And lastly my wife and I carried the pile they left in the driveway into the place in the garage where they said there was not enough room, the next day without moving the lift. I explained all of this to the Manager looking for an explanation and he said that instead of canceling the delivery when they didn't feel they could do it, and rescheduling, they decided to tear up the yard, damage my lift, leave the drywall in the yard and tell me it was my fault. All he could offer me was an apology and didn't seem concerned with the damage to my lift. The delivery guys are lazy and incompetent, the managers are rude and unprofessional, and the overall service deserves less than a one star. I would never use this company again for anything and I highly recommend builders stay away as well.

We arrived at 8:30am and were told you don't actually open until 9am. The receptionist said we could come in and look around but no one would be there to help us until 9am. An older woman with dark hair and a cane came in at 9am and completely ignored us. Instead she talked to the receptionist about the food she had brought with her. When she did acknowledge me, she snipped that I was going to have to give her a few minutes. It wasn't the wait I had a problem with. It was the attitude. I started to walk out. The receptionist asked where I was going. I said it's after 9am and no one is ready to wait on me. She also snipped at me saying that it was just 9am. Exactly. It's 9am and no one is available. I kept walking. A young woman with long blonde hair followed us outside. Are you kidding me? She yelled out that she could help us. I said that we were all set. She said I can answer any questions you have. I said again that we were all set. She told me that she had to drop off her kids. How completely unprofessional. I told her I didn't care about her kids and left her standing there with her mouth hanging open. These three employees cost you a sale. We went to a competitor and bought materials for a complete bathroom remodel. Until the day I die I will tell everyone I know not to shop with you.

I was visiting the showroom after a friend recommended it to me with my parents. The showroom itself was very nice and clean. I was able to help my parents pick out what they need for their new kitchen. But amidst our browsing, all you can hear is this rude/ cursing receptionist walking back and forth like she hates every customer who walks in. She doesn't greet you, and she is such a negative distraction. Everyone else in sales was extremely helpful and friendly. But i definitely do not see myself coming back to where the first person you see IN reception, acts rude and unprofessional. Plimpton and Hills, choose the face of your company better.

One big, open floor organized by type. Bathroom items together, chairs/lamps/coffee tables near each other and so on. There were some brand new, never used, 30" bathroom vanities with marble tops, two larger vanity tops only - also marble, a couple of medicine cabinets, lots of doors both inside and out, attic vents for the exterior, tiles, so many chairs from waiting room to living room. Beds, electric stoves, carpet squares, office chairs, lots of lovely curio cabinets, desks, some artwork, mirrors, and plenty of lamps, some books, and a little bit of kitchen ware. Remember to look up! There are a lot of ceiling lights suspended from pipes running overhead. The prices here are excellent. I'm a big advocate of reduce, reuse, recycle and this is a good location to find household items, some used, some new and your purchase supports the Habitat for Humanity mission. Win-win!

I purchased my house in 2016, this store would have saved me so much money, I had no idea what it was, or had any interest in it. When I would drive by, I thought it was a storage facility. I didn't think twice about putting it into Google, Yelp or going inside to see what it was. My friend pointed it out to me the other day, and said we have to go there. Ohhmyygoodness this is a MUST stop if you are moving into a new apartment or house. They have furniture galore. They have dining tables and chairs, desks, lamps and chandeliers, framed artwork and mirrors, and so much more. New inventory is constantly coming in. Everything is so much less expensive than any furniture store, even less expensive than Ikea, yet the quality is there. I got this very cute painting of a lighthouse in a beautiful white wood frame for $5. I also got a pouf for sitting for only $15. I have been looking for one of these for a while, they are super expensive, the one that matches my couch was $200. This one is black and white, pretty neutral, looks great and is such a bargain. If you need anything new for your home, please stop by here first. There is no way you'll walk out empty handed.
