Initially, they let us browse without being rushed and then helped us when we asked for more information. We wanted to make sure it's not too tall. They were pretty knowledge and helped us find something similar to what we have. We took it home the same day. The reason I knocked off 1 star is twofold. First of all, the online store is massive and the showroom displays are pretty limited both in styles and variety of brands. Kohler had the most variety. Although limited in size, everything is visually appealing, so I don't really mind seeing fewer options. The real reason I took off 1 star is because they were unable to order or get any information for certain items displayed on their website. They really tried, so it's more of an issue with their website than the employees. I would say service was fantastic without being clingy. Can't do better than that. I would definitely return.

My MAJOR issue is that my beautiful new bathrooms have a yellow silicon caulk all throughout it . I noticed it immediately and was told it was because the floors in our hallway were redone .. they installed when there was no flooring so it was clear they were being redone but we were not warned this would be an issue. Regardless they came out redid it which I appreciated . However weeks later it was back to yellow after using the cleaning products they suggested . I am now being told I have to pay 300+ dollars for them to come out and redo it. This is after spending thousands on new counters . All I see when I walk into my bathrooms is yellow caulk and it infuriates me . I emailed with Marie back and forth but she was unwilling to help and said she had never heard of this issue before . I found that very difficult to imagine since we were barely using the bathrooms at the time it yellowed .

I had put off this project for over 4 years. One call to Helio and he was there in timely fashion, analyzed the space and planned out the project with his crew. They were always on time everyday, worked religiously, never saw them goofing off or taking unneeded breaks and were professional at all times. They worked with all my ideas( believe me I had many as my wife and I had many questions and they answered each one and at times made recommendations that either saved us money or let us know some suggestions that may have worked better. They always gave us the choice. Their carpentry is on point. His electrician is top notch and knows what he is doing. His painters are masterful with their brushes. I had not one single complaint about the work done and they were priced fair for the job. Helio even took the time to follow up and see how we liked things even months after the work was completed. I recently used him again for some yard projects like fixing some outlets that were blown in the yard next to the pool & sent me his guys to help. His electrician fixed everything and had all working in a day's work. These guys take pride in their work and I recommend them for all your home construction needs and/or renovations. They called us back the next day; only 1 out of the 4 we called, who did. We met with them at their beautiful showroom on Mill Plain Road in Danbury. Phyllis put us in touch with a great contractor, Frank with Confident Homes. Phyllis also put us in contact with a Granite and Marble countertop place, as well as an Appliance store. They had great communication with our contractor and were very patient with timing and storing of our cabinet delivery due to supply issues of other materials post-covid. As with any older home we had a few adjustments to the design once construction began. My brother was in the process of renovating his kitchen at the same time in another state. It amazed me all of the things Phyllis, Bill and Frank took into consideration, that my brother's designers never even considered.
