He has gone the extra mile so far wracking his brain, spending time researching potential options, conversing with various vendors, keeping me in the loop every step of the way...... for a job that may not even materialize. During the pandemic , they came, observed all current CDC precautions to measure and gave advice and selections. Deposit was made and order was placed. A month later, as promised, new custom door made in Canada arrived and was professionally installed. Installers were punctual, professional and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves and seamlessly replaced our old sliding doors without disturbing the stucco siding. We could not be more pleased.

Many text messages (they *do not* answer their phone - it goes straight to voicemail, telling you to text them) later, they've stopped even replying to text messages.
