Tends to get busy on the weekends, so I like to come in late night or very early morning when it's less busy. Plenty of washing machines to go around, dryers too but they are usually all in use on busy days. If you forget your laundry supplies at home they sell small sizes for your convenience. Conveniently located next to a donut shop and market with a cafe if you want to get some coffee while you wait for your laundry.

When I came back home I checked some of my clothes is missing and a big red blanket. I'm pregnant 35 weeks and I live super close so I thought I rather pay for them to do it instead and they also returned my basket broken. I would rather hire someone else who's more responsible I paid $70 to lose clothing Oh and to add to that my bath mat they couldn't even dry it properly I just opened it to put on the floor there's water drops and it's wet lol You can see from my ring camera I gave them a white basket with stuff and a large green bag that had my red blanket in it. I only have two big blankets. Also I checked my cameras you can see how it doesn't make sense to put a giant big green bag with the blanket on top of a little plastic bin. The lady claims there was a crack in it no there wasn't it's a flexible plastic one. Now that I see the camera how he's putting all that weight there it makes sense and you can see why I handed him two separate but that's what he did when I closed the door. She said the only issue was the wet clothing. Yeah .... Sure she's mad because of my review. Saying she's checking the camera there's way too many issues here for it to be something like this. I lived in DTLA and used to have a constant laundry service with Gator laundry and only once did I have a problem with them bleaching something out of using them 20 plus times. She didn't even offer any sort of compensation just being pissy about the review. The fact I called earlier today at 10:30am wondering if they would deliver my clothes she blamed the drivers had been busy. Really? Because the clothes is wet. Obviously they don't care how they handle anyone's clothing. She offered nothing but just being defensive as if I haven't gone to this laundry countless of times and you can clearly see in the photos how much stuff they took and how much was brought back. I didn't have time to check it all because I was trying to leave my home I was honestly hoping they would look for my blanket and offer a wash card. Because yeah my blanket did cost me some money and the basket while it's not expensive it's obvious he shouldn't have put all that weight on there. There was so many ways they could have handled this situation but it's cool.

Instead, it came back snagged. When I pointed this out, the staff confidently attempted to explain that it must have already been like that; which was impressive considering the dress was brand new with the tags still attached. Then came the customer service masterclass: my options were either 1. Take the damaged dress and still pay, or 2. Leave the dress, bring them a receipt for the dress, get a refund for the dress only. And STILL pay for the service. Naturally, I was also asked to make this decision immediately while they held my dress hostage behind the counter. Nothing says "great service" like pressure tactics and a little light gaslighting. What business do they have holding my dress as a bargaining chip after they tore it up.

First of all, this is not a quick cleaners. They do not do any work on site. Everything is done somewhere else and returned back. So if you're in a rush then you should look elsewhere. I asked for my shirts to be ready at a specific time and it was easy. Second, the complaints about the woman working there. She's just matter a fact. I came in 17 shirts. (Judge me.). She did..."You should come sooner." All I could do is laugh. She's old school Korean. Think dad at Kim's Convenience and not gonna pat a fragile ego. We agreed on a date for the shirts to be done. 5 days and guess what? They were done in 5 days. No fuss no muss. Decent price. 17 shirts were under a 100 bucks and no complaints. I thought the service was good and delivered as agreed upon. I could see how a complex request would be lost in translation though. Lessons. Be decisive. Be clear in what you ask for. Don't cry.
