The owner's brother, Mark, was repairing cars in our neighborhood, so we asked him to take a look at ours. He offered us two service options at different price points: 1) an 80% repair -- where he would fix the dent and the hole only 2) a 100% repair -- where he would also repaint the damaged area to match the rest of the car. Mark did an excellent job with the physical repair. He popped out the dent and filled the hole cleanly and skillfully. We were very happy with that part of the service. However, we were disappointed with the repainting portion. Mark took a photo of our car's color code and brought it to a paint supply shop, but the color he received was clearly off. He tried again with another color, but it still didn't match the surrounding paint. Mark was friendly and made a genuine effort to fix the issue, and he suggested we wait a few months to see if oxidation would bring the colors closer together. We'll give that a try, although we're skeptical it will solve the problem. Bottom line: We would definitely recommend Express Bumper Repair Mobile for dent and hole repair -- that part of the work was fast and well done. But for a full paint match, our experience fell short, and we'd likely look elsewhere in the future. read more

Pulled a quarter pannel dent and buffed out the scratch in under 10 minutes. Came out great and was well worth my money

I needed a touch up to my left front bumper and have a small dent repaired to my Passat's left front quarter panel. Sonny did a great paint job on the front bumper and fixing the dent on the quarter panel. What was originally estimated for a 5 hour job took between 3 1/2 and 4 hours and I saved about a thousand dollars by not taking my car to a body shop. BUYER BEWARE Sonny and Vinny (they say they're brothers) approached me as I was getting into my car at Target. They drove up and stated they could get the dent out the side of my car right then and there. I was hesitant, but I agreed because it seemed very convenient (I'm a busy person and didn't want to have to make an appointment at a body shop, drop my car off, wait, etc). First of all, they were only PARTLY able to get the dent out on the spot. They suggested I come to their shop where they had additional tools to finish getting it the rest of the way out. Which defeats the convenience of "Mobile Dent Repair" AND MOST FRUSTRATINGLY- they decided to do a "good gesture" by (without my consent) going around and supposedly buffing out little scratches they saw around my car (for free). Then they put a waxy type material across and told me not to wash it off until the next day. So I paid them and did just so. Except, one BIG problem. The marks from the wax wouldn't come off! I had it professionally hand washed and was informed that these were SCRATCHES that had been made. They then went in to say- "Wait- you didn't let those guys who claim they do mobile dent repair do this did you?" At which I exclaimed "Yes!" They told me several other people have had this issue with those guys and now I need to go to a body shop to get out the scratches that they left! SUCH A RIP OFF!!! read more

Basing my review off of the customer service offered by the owner. I had requested to reschedule due to my wife being in the hospital for cancer treatment l and the response I get is, "can you at least reimburse me $84 for the paint". This is hardly professional and far from comforting. I am not comfortable with this service, as I would rather have my car dent, than to be serviced by this money hungry owner. I am offended by this unacceptable behavior and can not recommend this poor behavior. I would have gladly rescheduled, but due to poor consideration of my disposition. Mark told me I could get scratches and a dent on my bumper and part of my trunk on a brand new 2017 Camaro fixed for $240.00. He came to my home and did a smoke and mirror job with spray paint and some wax that he told me to wipe the wax off in a hour. The black spray paint over the rest of the bumper wasn't even close to being the original enamel. Dull black spray paint on a new bumper. When I wiped off the wax on the supposed dent repair...the supposed repair was worse than the original dent. I know they want more money to make it right..but I know that I just got ripped off. What's really amazing is the length they went through to pull off the deception. They sprayed water on the black spray paint part so that you couldn't tell it was dull and not matching the enamel. They put white wax over the dent and told me to not touch it for an hour so I would pay them before I saw an hour later that the dent was worse than before they "repaired" it.
