the lady that works in the morning I believe she is management but she I rude and will harass you…read moreso much you would regret waisting your money DO NOT waist your money I am currently on bond with atlas for a felony and they don't ever give me any problems or stress but with affordable bail bonds I used for a misdemeanor and that lady keeps makeing getting a nasty attitude I had my lawyer co sign then a month later was told he they couldn't use him so he took me up there himself and everything was good another month and a half and I'm needing another co signer that they had a audit an gotta re do that get another co signer that lady calls me while I'm working telling me I was supposed to be there also and told me she didn't care I have till she leaves to get a ride up there to update my paper work and then you would think ok they acting funny must have a warrent but that's not even the case she is adding way more stress I paid the bond don't owe them and been keeping in touch why over a misdemeanor I'm getting harassed having to try to catch a ride there and leaving work early the company gets behind I lose money that I desperately need and don't have she is not understanding and is making my life stressful because I keep having to drop everything and try to get a ride up there because she says I need to update my paper work Or she has some weird obsession with me because the harassment and maybe it's jealousy or she has control issues. I was the person that took my son up there to sign the papers and also I was the one that filled out the paperwork for him. Atlas stated that they reached out to the person(s) on his paperwork but that was not the case. I even tried to communicate with them knowing that this was my son and I know my son whenever he is fighting his addiction. The cosigner stated that they did not know anything about the extra money that they added whenever he was released. I still think that they need some improvement and atleast try to communicate more before you decide to go off of somebody's bond 2-3 weeks later.

They processed my payment and then I waited for hours. Once it was well into the night I called them and they told me they needed an additional 800 dollars which was more than the entire bond. They also said my refunded money would not fully process until next week so now she is stuck in jail for her birthday and tomorrow being Valentine's Day. They are liars and do not care about anything other than getting your money. Stay away from this place!!

Aslo, after paying $190 and filled all paper work out the employee said "My manager would have to come out and approve" mind you I had been there over an hour! Once it was done and as I left I could hear the workers talking about me and making faces! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 1.
