Atlas stated that they reached out to the person(s) on his paperwork but that was not the case. I even tried to communicate with them knowing that this was my son and I know my son whenever he is fighting his addiction. The cosigner stated that they did not know anything about the extra money that they added whenever he was released. I still think that they need some improvement and atleast try to communicate more before you decide to go off of somebody's bond 2-3 weeks later.
