Jessica was so rude to me this lady literally had me in tears. I'm new to bail bonds and I did make a terrible choice and I'm dealing with my issue. I was mid guided and misunderstood my lawyer after my case was kicked out, not knowing I still have to pay the bails. I was talk to so bad. I asked to talk to a manage. Jessica got on the phone and was rude as hell. I never in my life had to deal with a person like this cause I separated my self from it. when I ask her why she was talking to me so crazy. she told me I need her help, she don't need me. Whenever I stated that they be speaking in Spanish I was referring to when I went into the office. I hate when ppl do that not knowing if that person is bilingual or not. I was the person that took my son up there to sign the papers and also I was the one that filled out the paperwork for him. Atlas stated that they reached out to the person(s) on his paperwork but that was not the case. I even tried to communicate with them knowing that this was my son and I know my son whenever he is fighting his addiction. The cosigner stated that they did not know anything about the extra money that they added whenever he was released. I still think that they need some improvement and atleast try to communicate more before you decide to go off of somebody's bond 2-3 weeks later.
