Jessica was so rude to me this lady literally had me in tears. I'm new to bail bonds and I did make a terrible choice and I'm dealing with my issue. I was mid guided and misunderstood my lawyer after my case was kicked out, not knowing I still have to pay the bails. I was talk to so bad. I asked to talk to a manage. Jessica got on the phone and was rude as hell. I never in my life had to deal with a person like this cause I separated my self from it. when I ask her why she was talking to me so crazy. she told me I need her help, she don't need me. I literally cried , a grown woman cause I have no choice. I'm pray for this

Whenever I stated that they be speaking in Spanish I was referring to when I went into the office. I hate when ppl do that not knowing if that person is bilingual or not. I was the person that took my son up there to sign the papers and also I was the one that filled out the paperwork for him. Atlas stated that they reached out to the person(s) on his paperwork but that was not the case. I even tried to communicate with them knowing that this was my son and I know my son whenever he is fighting his addiction. The cosigner stated that they did not know anything about the extra money that they added whenever he was released. I still think that they need some improvement and atleast try to communicate more before you decide to go off of somebody's bond 2-3 weeks later.

They processed my payment and then I waited for hours. Once it was well into the night I called them and they told me they needed an additional 800 dollars which was more than the entire bond. They are liars and do not care about anything other than getting your money. Stay away from this place!!
