They claim to help you to get your money then claim they did back ground check and request more money and then you request refund and they said it would take an hour and next it's 10 days read more

The staff here was so unprofessional. They were asking personal information (i.e., SS#, address, etc.), while multiple people were in the a same room. Aslo, after paying $190 and filled all paper work out the employee said "My manager would have to come out and approve" mind you I had been there over an hour! Once it was done and as I left I could hear the workers talking about me and making faces! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 1. They charge a set fee until the person case is done (what?), if you don't pay $15 dollars until your case done they add 23%! The customer service made you feel so underminded. I have video as well! read more

Best person to assist with your bail bond needs!! So professional and reliable shout out to Tonya give her a raise!!!

Found a better deal, threw my id back in my face when I said so. Do better. Train your employees better. Not our fault they hate their job. Extremely unprofessional, asked "are you even old enough?" Wouldn't it be your job to know/find out?" read more

Trash stole my money . Asked for more money after agreeing to an amount that I was told

Tonya was wonderful and extremely helpful. Cowboy bail bonds was quick efficient and patient. Highly recommend.

Tell me one price and kept going up. Went from 3 thousand to 5 thousand. I don't have money like that.

great employees. I had the pleasure of getting my case handled by a Deana Burgos. very friendly, she helped me understand in ways other people wouldnt have. I appreciate her help with all I needed, definitely going to return if I ever need another bail bond! read more

Do not used Cowboy Bail Bonds. They suck they lie customer service is pretty good other than that they suck. They took our money told us he'd be out in a few hours then when he wasn't told us we should have read the paperwork there was all kinds of other bills and things that had to be done. Now we have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive our money back when they took our money in 3 to 5 minutes. Don't believe anything they say read the paperwork they suck read more

I should have read the reviews before choosing Cowboy to bond my son out. They are predatory, they lied about their terms and took my money, promising to have my child out within hours. The next day when he still wasn't released, I was told that they needed additional co-signers plus leg monitors and drug screening, all of which we had to pay for at their inflated cost. When I asked for my down payment back, they told me I would have to wait 3-5 days. They were rude and condescending and I felt insulted after our conversations. Please don't use Cowboy. They do not care about anything but money. read more

They are rude and revoke bonds and caint give a honest reason why they did it but wait till u finish paying ur whole bond.. They are a joke and worse Bonds u can get... Once off bond no longer in their bond they still wanna call back saying we owe them court fee for them trying get off our bond like y'all pay it y'all the ones who asked for the court for no reason read more

This place SUCKS. Paid the bond and they end up revoking it and holding my funds for 2 days. I had to wait until the funds were returned to then bail my loved one out. This place is ridiculous and I dont recommend them to ANYONE. The bond was 5k and I chose the easy payments and they wanted 7k I went across the street to AAA Atlas and they took GREAT care of me, I highly recommend going to them, I chose the easy payment option with them and guess what? They only wanted the 5k! Cowboys is a complete rip off and a joke, dont waste your time with them and go to AAA Atlas! read more

Angie was great she helped me get my brother out of jail and she was just a over all big help

They are extremely rude to customers. I asked a simple question and the person that answered the phone hung up in my face. I do not recommend using them. A complete waste of time. read more

I had called and spoke to a lady named Angie. She was so wonderful with the way that she talked to me. I was very rude and had a ugly attitude. Not with her, just because my love one was locked up. She did helped me with everything that I needed to get done. Thank you for keeping it so professional. Great customer service read more

The process was smooth. The staff was pleasant and understanding. Chris was wonderful!!!

There were a few things unsettling about this bail bond company. The quote over the phone does not match what they charge you in person. The bond almost doubled in price when I arrived with paper work. They tack on a lot of fees and taxes for their services and if you do a payment plan it's offered at a high interest rate. They ask severely personal questions like your children's' names and what school they attend. They ask for the references personal information as well, more than just an address, phone numbe, email... they want their work history information. They charge you before they even review your application and if denied services they still hold your payment for 3-5 days. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be normal protocol across board but I hopefully will never need a bail bond again and found someone that did the work for what was quoted over the phone, no outrageous hidden fees. read more

This is just a great thanks to Zach in Irving. He made a very uncomfortable, and expected timely situation, quick and bearable. I left his office with a clear understanding of the process, not to mention he just made me feel that I wasn't some social outcast. He was very kind during a difficult time. read more

I called with an inquiry. Angie talked me though the what I needed to do. When I came in she was nice and made everything easy.

These people are very very shady. Do NOT use them. They still try to collect after cases had been resolved. Try to sue after the case has been resolved. A bail bond is a form of bail payment provided on a defendant's behalf by a bail bond agent. Bail bond agents, also known as bondsmen, are people who are in the business of paying bond on behalf of criminal defendants. When defendants use a bail bond agent, they pay the agent a fee and the agent acts as a surety, telling the court that they (the bond agents) will pay the full bond amount should the defendant fail to appear at court. Bail bond agents make money by collecting a fee from those who want to be bailed out. Typically, that fee is 10% to 15% of the amount of bail. So, if a court sets a defendant's bail at $10,000, that defendant (or someone acting on the defendant's behalf) can pay a bail bond agent $1,000 and the bond agent will act as a surety on the defendant's behalf. I give Cowboy Bail 1 star because the gentleman answering the phone was friendly. This company accepted the $1000 plus fee up front. Then I was notified I need a co signer. Got the co signer who changed job but not careers (36 years in RCM Mgmt) that owns her own home and has nice salary. She was rejected for not being stable . Her prior job tenure nor the fact she has been in her house for 20 plus years was not taken into consideration. When asked who the CEO of the company is she was told there wasn't one. Then asked who made the decision not to accept the co signer Bucky Chapel was spelled out. Which is incorrect the CEO/President is listed as Buckley Chappell (not sure why the employee felt a need to lie or perhaps was a bad speller?). What should have taken 30 minutes, according to their advertisement took hours without any follow up. We called Cowboys back they never called but had the money. Decided to go elsewhere this company don't have the best business practices. One other thing ,the money can't be refund until mid morning the next day.. Make sure you take your time to review the paperwork carefully before giving up any funds. Thank goodness this was not the only option and we were not desperate. This company has an A rating with BBB.... Question??? If you butter right hands can anything be bought, I guess. Please use word of mouth experiences when possible. A total waste of time. Be safe and stay free. read more

I would give them a zero if it was available. These are the worst liars for a bail bond. We paid the bail bond fee and was told that they had attorneys that would be making their rounds and it would only be about a few hours. Well, low and behold we had to keep contacting these people for an update and it was a different story each time. The last time we contacted them, they said there is not an attorney to post the bail. This was on a Sunday, they could have said that up front, instead, they lied and said an attorney would get our son out in a few hours. I do not recommend these people to anyone. Scammers! read more

I wish I would I have read these reviews before I used these people. These people are the worst they ask for so much even your DNA, your kids DNA and the process makes you want to go to jail and your not the person that's needing to be bailed out. After you go through this long process they take your money and you go home and wait for a call for your love one because you have paid, after hours of waiting you call them for a update and they tell you, you need a co signer. They talk to you so nasty that it is just ridiculous. I see other people have given names of other bond places, try anywhere else but HERE PLEASE read more

Cowboys Bailbond was highly recommended to us when we were left no feasible option to move forward with. No other bailbond company was willing to give us a chance to move forward with a solution. I'm so thankful that the staff was willing to review our circumstances individually rather than turning us down like the dozens before them. The staff was kind, courteous, and compassionate when processing our case. The friendly staff kept us informed, walked us through the process and helped us cope with our situation. I am so thankful for the staff and management team that has provided support and encouragement to our family through the crisis. We have been so fortunate to have Cowboys Bailbond by our side. Thank you Mr. Buckley, Kyle and the Cowboys Bailbond team for giving us the opportunity to provide a second chance life for our loved one. Thank you for all your help and support. read more

Called around to several bail bond places, had several different "down payment" quotes, and decided to use these people since their words seemed so promising! Drove TO DALLAS, gave them down payment, signed paperwork, and co-signer was told to give them an hour to contact our county, and then our county handles it from there. A couple hours later, I decided to call to get an update, they wouldn't talk to me and needed to talk to the person who co-signed, mind you, they have talk to me, called me, etc up until I called to get an update. Come to find out, they couldn't/wouldn't do it EVEN WITH TWO CO-SIGNERS! So now we had to drive back to get money, and start the process all over again. Mind you, this isn't for me, and I was just trying to help out. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place! read more

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I had someone picked up as a "fugitive" up here,2500 miles from Texas. The cops would not give me straight answer on either end, neither would the courts. I called a few bond companies, some had no idea what to do, others didn't want to bother. Oh, and there are no bail bondsmen here, so it had to go through the county up here. Cowboy's professional friendly, caring staff helped us figure out what needed to be done, even overnighted the bond for the signature Dallas County required. They kept me informed every step of the way, even called me when Dallas sent the telex to the County up here. They are not the cheapest, I hear, but I can tell you first hand, you get what you pay for. Huge thanks, Cowboy Bonds! read more

We paid them to get our son out. They said 4-8 hours. Then they called t say let him sit it out, they don't have an attorney to go in the rain. They won't refund us. They lied to us and took our money. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. They are very unprofessional. They took my money and then called me to say my bond was not approved by the lenders. They gave me a full refund that I had to wait 3 to 5 business days to get back. My husband bonds was lowered from 50,000 to 4,500. And still wouldn't go get him and while I'm trying to get a understand the lady talking over me and hung up in my face cause I said bruh you not even answering my question. And she said don't be disrespectful and hung up on me . All I wanted to know is what kind of collateral you need for 4500. read more

Not a fun or good experience. However, that's not the business's fault. Theses guys were professional, without being too stuffy. They explained the process fairly well. If you need theses services, this place does the job. Tip: the arrestee has to check in after posting bond....so this location is great for that. read more

Had to use them for a speeding ticket and they took care of within weeks. They sent me a postcard on my birthday and even called to check up of I needed any additional services. I don't usually like people randomly calling but it was refreshing to know that a business still remembers a small customer by their name and appreciates the small stuff. Like this place and have referred them a couple of people! read more

Do not use them! I wish i had read the reviews before using them. Quoted me a price over the phone only to be told after bond was posted that you had to pay more. The bond was only $1000 and they said it would be $250. Ok so i went and paid that. When the person got out of jail they had a payment plan set up to pay another $250. If you can't pay that when you get out they charge 18% interest. That is super deceptive. I will never use nor recommend them to anyone ever. And they charge $15 monthly for some app that they use for the people to check in. I asked why the $15 and if they could just come in and i was told well some bond places charge $50 a month. And you don't get any money back once the case is closed. You've been warned. Very deceptive...don't use them. read more

If this place was the last option of bonding me out of jail... leave me in! Since a 0 star isn't an option I'll settle for a 1 star and a fair explanation along with how my family has been treated thus far. Going in and getting set up to bond out our relative was actually easy, as it is anywhere else sales are made, but it was full of fast talk and total misinformation either by omitting key details or downright lying. We were told our relative would need a co-signer to get out, which is ok, and that if at any time we felt that it would be best to remove ourselves from the bond (as in if he wasn't acting right we could get out of the HEFTY penalties that were possibly to be levied against us) that all we had to do was call. Well we tried. Every single call has been met with a minimum 20-30 minute wait time, with a couple calls lasting over an hour on hold, and several times we have been "disconnected" during conversations. When we actually manage to get someone on the phone we are told they need to transfer up the ladder yet management can never be found. If you've made it this far in the review please please take our advice and use literally ANYONE else but here. Don't be fooled by the fake google reviews! read more

There the worst and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone not even a dying dog. When my son was put in jail me and my family had to come up with the norm of 10%. However when he passed away and I called that Snake Buckley to setup an appointment to receive the money. That no good for nothing, who made more eye contact with my ex-wife tits then ever me. Only setup an appointment with her. Who knows she and him could have been messing around and paid her and the pack she calls a family to pay them. Now little back story. Buckley wanted to make my sons case for running for Mayor. Oh he says the kids have to much freedom and not enough discipline. Well sir you didn't have any discipline when my x- sister in law came and brought your wife flowers and anything else. .. She's known on the what back. You know the rest. So yea Buckley wanted to make his case that the relaxed weed cases and the protest where hurting the people. Black people, he had us doing a Damm interview with P.B.S. to trying to spill that crap. All the while him and the wolf or fake crying for the camera. Now when the payments got behind, he wasn't so nice he wanted the payments to be doubled. 600 every 2wks that I worked and uber to pay. So in all in all. Buckley doesn't give a Damm about Black folks and I would never ever use him. read more

Bad bad bad experience! Do NOT recommend! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!Asked personal questions that were irrelevant. Monica took over an hour in Garland. What they quote is not what they charge. Then after all that, we were hit with exorbitant additional (unmentioned) fees. Walked out and went down the street to Doc's. Got good professional service, reasonable fee with none hidden! He did as was promised. This is a difficult time without adding more problems. Thank you Doc's. read more

Do NOT use this place!! Omg - the accounting department was so messed it was ridiculous. I paid them $75 at least 3 times for the same thing because they didn't document their records. They make up fees as you go along. Then, almost a year later- long after we were done - they call me up and tell me I owe them the $75 again like I never paid. I was very careful to keep the receipt the last time but after a year I thought I was safe to throw them away. They take forever too. read more

The worst service! Do not go through them if you are looking for a quick easy process! It took over an hour just to complete bond paperwork (I've done this numerous times it never took more than 20 min). They asked the most irrelevant questions such as "what church do i go to" (please stop wasting my time). Not only that, they lied and said that it would take 4-6 hours to bond out. Never in my life heard of this and if you actually go to the jail information they tell you 2 hours. They just told us 4-6 hrs so they can beat around the bush. We completed paperwork at 830 and i went to the jail at 11pm. Still here at 219 am!! Talked to desk clerk and they said they just posted bond at 12:42am!! Wow thanks alot i have been sitting in the parking lot for over 3 hours now thanks to lack of communication and efficiency. If they would have just told the truth and said they would not be able to post bond until a later, i would not have wasted my time sitting at the jail parking lot! read more
