Worst place ever!!! DON'T USE THIS PLACE! The agent Brian is the biggest jerk and you can tell he thinks he is in control of everyone. I helped a family member and she was in the hospital. Their staff told her to call a certain day to make arrangements and before she could they called threatening to revoke her bond. They couldn't even get it right because they kept calling me her and said that person didn't have the authority to tel her that. So how is that my family members fault?? I asked for mgr and was put on hold a long time. She finally came back and said he doesn't want to talk to you and hung up on me. I went there and before I said a word he yelled at me saying get out I'm revoking her bond which he had no just cause to do so. He called police and so did I because he wouldn't tell me anything like court date or anything. Then proceeded to have an issue with the police who were just trying to help. He was egging on the officer. I will find a way to get body cam coverage and post so people can see because he will deny it. Then he wanted to say criminal trespassing.....how if we paid for your service?? While I was on phone with the police he and the employee kept cackling talking mess saying oh I bet she has been going out and going to eat but can't come here. She was in the hospital and we called to tell them, but yet they made no notes in their system. All can be heard on police call.They also use an app for check ins every week but won't let her and said she has to go in every week to their office. We don't trust him or his staff at the Race St office. So I call their Denton office and spoke to Becky who was very nice and asked "what is Brian doing now?" sounding like they have received calls about him before. She said she would have the owner Eric Khozindar call me but he has yet to do so and that was on August 27th, so I could let him know how his agent is ruining his business. This place is a joke! He cusses at his employees and they just sit there saying nothing. If my boss talked to me the way he did I would quit. I don't know about their Denton and Dallas offices but from the owner not calling me back after 2 requests I can only assume they are all the same. read more
