was told to check in at a certain time checked in before that time and still wennt off the bond for no reason. also refused to go back on bond even though it was not our fault they went off it. also failed to communicate court date and stopped answering my calls at all so caught another charge because they wouldnt take my calls and went off bond becuz they decided to do their warrants early even though i checked inbefor the time they told me to. read more

HIring a process server out of state is a hit or miss proposition. Even when you ask for referrals from other lawyers, you're never sure if the process server is any good. They sent someone out right away. They were responsive to our inquiries. They checked in with us about the rules of service in our jurisdiction. They got our person served in under 24 hours.
