I recently had to use the services of [PCS Bail Bonds] and I cannot express how grateful I am for Karina's help during a very challenging time. From the moment I reached out, Karina was incredibly professional, compassionate, and understanding. She took the time to explain the entire bail process, answering all my questions and alleviating my concerns. What stood out the most was her promptness. Karina worked quickly to get everything in order for my son, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. She also conveyed that team of PCS will always be available to provide updates and support, making me feel like I was in good hands. I highly recommend [PCS Bail Bondsman] to anyone in need of bail services. Their dedication to their clients and commitment to providing excellent service truly sets them apart. If I could leave zero stars I would. I had purchased process service for Certified Mail and the customer service that I have received with this place is much less than expected. I had requested a Certified Mail Receipt and was not provided with one. I asked to speak with Paul Schuder and was not allowed to speak with him. It has been over a week since I have purchased process service and I have not received the Certified Mail Receipt that I have requested. read more

HIring a process server out of state is a hit or miss proposition. Even when you ask for referrals from other lawyers, you're never sure if the process server is any good. We have had some terrible process servers in the past, in Texas. This week, we had an emergency service. We found PCS and called them. They were INCREDIBLE. They didn't require payment up front. They sent someone out right away. They were responsive to our inquiries. They checked in with us about the rules of service in our jurisdiction. They got our person served in under 24 hours. The people on the phone and email were friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a process server in the Fort Worth area. read more
