I can barely assemble a bookcases without leftover screws, so there was no way I was going to put together a bike. The fine folks at Victory assembled it -- I named her Holiday -- in a quick turn around time and loaded it into my truck. I'll be back for tune ups!

My husband and I brought in our…read morebikes because we were having trouble inflating the tires and I thought they may need to have the innertubes replaced. Not only did Mel inflate the tires for free but he walked us through exactly how to inflate them so that we could do it ourselves in the future (although I would still probably go back to them lol) while doing that, he also noticed that my husband's back brake line was stuck and was able to repair it in under an hour and the price was definitely worth it. It was cool to find out that Mel is also a retired Marine like my own father. While we waited, we walked around the shop and noticed they had a really cool selection of bikes and accessories. Ok, so my mom is a big peddler...me, not so much. But when I needed a new tire for my cruiser (yeah, yeah, I'm that chick that looks like she's on a stroll by the ocean when I'm really on the green line), my mom insisted that I come here because she looooooves this shop. I don't really have a story or anecdote other than simply saying that they were super nice and fixed my tire/did a tune up in 24 hours. I don't foresee myself needing to come here a lot but if I ever do decide to become a peddler, I'd definitely frequent this shop! Oh! I noticed they have a $5 a day storage fee if you don't pick your bike up after 5 days...pretty smart because that sign made me pick up ASAP after they called when it probably would have taken me a week or more....because I'm lazy like that.

These folks are the BEST!…read more The wheel locks on my 97 year old mother-in-law's rolling walker was not working. Since it has had breaks similar those on bicycles. I decided to see if a bike shop could make the needed adjustments. TRECK, accommodated to the maximum by immediately repairing upon walking in. I am grateful for the swift repair, as leaving the walker would be a significant fall risk. I am grateful for the kindness and superb service.
