He knew exactly what he was doing, My stepdaughters dress needed a lot of alterations (almost would have been better to bring material and have Ismail make the dress), He gave us a date the dresses would be ready and they were done way ahead of time. When we went to pick up, we tried them on and they were both perfect! If I ever need any alterations done this is the shop to come to. I called them concerning my daughters wedding dress straps (whose wedding is 8 days away) they immediately said they could help and ensured it could be finished before the wedding. We brought in the dress the next day and had a great encounter with Hazem. He had her try the dress on and gave his professional opinion that the alterations she wanted on the straps could be done but it was already a great fit. He calmed my daughters nerves and then sewed a button on for her dress, at no charge. I have not had an encounter with an establishment like this in a VERY long time. I was fully expecting to have to leave it but was told to have a seat and the gentleman fixed it on the spot. I got last minute halloween custom and when I got it it wasn't fit at all and I ad no time to exchange it.
