My sister and I went to Expert nails together. We both got pedicures at the same time. It was a wonderful experience having my pedicure done while I spent quality time bonding with my sister. After our pedicures, my sister got her nails done. Inside the nail salon it was very busy that day (on a Thursday morning/afternoon), but it was organized in such a way that it was very efficiently handled and everyone looked to be having a great time. Titus was the nail artist who did my pedicure and Connie was the nail artist who did my sister's pedicure and her nails. My pedicure turned out beautifully and I had a fantastic experience. had a really disappointing experience here. I went in for an eyebrow wax and left with my skin burned and irritated. The wax was way too hot and the area around my eyebrows was red, painful, and peeling afterward. I understand minor redness can happen, but this was beyond normal and looked like a chemical or heat burn. I would not recommend this salon for waxing services, especially if you have sensitive skin. read more

I visited from out of town and was in need of a mani pedi. I called on a Wednesday morning and spoke with Kenny told him what I needed and there was immediate availability. Hannah did my acrylic removal and refill (which was discounted since there was two services in one). Amazing Job and customer service was great. I made an appointment later that evening for a pedicure and Hannah did the service as well. The price was just right and the service was priceless! It is a great feel to know I spent a week in Florida and was beach / baseball flip flop ready with my mani / pedi service. Will return next year! read more

I called to see schedule manicures for myself and my adult daughter and the young woman never asked for my name or what services we wanted. When we arrived, everyone in the salon looked at us like we were unwanted guests at an exclusive party. My daughter was told she needed a "chrome" not a regular gel manicure which ended up being $50 and nothing special. I was left soaking for 15minutes since there was no one free for my nails and then they rushed through my mani since my daughter was done and waiting. Won't be returning! read more

Very unprofessional!! upped the original price on my set of nails from what was told to me without telling me ,didn't give me anything I asked for, I actually asked to go back and for them to either fix them or give me a refund because of how bad they looked they had an extremely bad attitude and filed them extremely rough my nail beds still hurt hours later. definitely take your money elsewhere read more

June 01, '22... went in for a deluxe $33 pedicure (turned out like crap) and $10 manicure w/clear polish (was very good oddly enough). Pic shown is after I pushed down my toe cuticles. Really crappy blue paint job too. Been going here for yrs.  New, unskilled people come and go. Yesterday I had a new guy. Walked out with the worst pedicure I ever have gotten anywhere.  I went back in the next day to show them that my cuticles had not got pushed down and cut away/removed as usual.  The owner came out and said, "No, we always do that".  I said you can still see my skin attached to my nail bed.   "Oh no, we always do that".  Had she just looked at my toes, she could have easily seen the cuticles were not even pushed down and growing up on the nail bed.  Thats's fine...  I won't go back there ever again. read more

I was going to give this place more stars because they are nice and the salon itself is very nice, however, we made an appt for 5 of us to get pedicures together and when we got there they were only able to sit two of us at a time and then a second two 15 mins later and me a few minutes later. Everyone but me got their pedicures done. After ONE HOUR of me sitting in the pedicure chair I asked if someone would be doing my pedicure (still waiting on my gel manicure which now I will NOT be getting as all my siblings have been done with their pedicures for sometime and I'm not going to have them wait ANOTHER hour!), someone finally has come to speed through my pedicure. FYI a women who came in 45 minutes AFTER me was immediately serviced. This was supposed to be a special day for my family and I. VERY disappointed! read more

Came in without a appt. got right in . Andy did a good job . The massage chair so very good nice clean quote place. Only I had to ask for Tub cover which is used where I come from , Fort Lauderdale. But I guess Brevard County Fl. Must be exempt. its the law plus they wanted to charge me $2.00 for it . while the people where very nice and quick to help me, if you notice it's busy and the eyebrow lady is in a rush, just go somewhere else. I couldn't really see the results in bright light due to my eyes watering from it and the pain of gettingy eyebrows waxed but as soon as I looked into my car window I seen it. it looks like my right eyebrow was barely touched especially at the bottom and the end where it is supposed to point, but it is not pointed then my left eyebrow..now the shape isn't perfect I know but it now is missing its arch completely I had at the top and TO MUCH was taken from the top. I work at a dealership and appearance plays a lot into it. wonderful customer service but AWFUL results..I don't get much time to spend on myself with self care as a single working mom..this completely ruined my day as I now have to find a way to cover up the mistake when I don't wear makeup or know what to do. please train your eyebrow waxers to slow down and pay attention. one messed up eyebrow can ruin someone's entire look!!! read more

Came here bc I needed a mani and pedi before my cruise out of Port Canaveral. David is the guy who took care of me. He took his time on my nails because the person who did my nails before messed them up. He gave me some insight on how to get a fill in on gel nails. He was nice and we joked for a while. The price was not bad. I spent $47. I received a French manicure on my nails and feet. The place is beside Publix. I went on a Thursday morning around 9am. It took a while because of the work I had to get done on my nails. All in Ali have no complaints. read more

HORRIBLE! Came with daughter to get pedi last month in December. just moved to area. So first time visit. The "boy" who gave my daughter a pedi, after he was done just got up and took a break. Never directed her to go to drying table just left her there. I asked for my nails to be cut short, and she had no clue what I was saying. When i pointed out that this nail is longer than the other, she cut the shorter one more. HUH? nails were so uneven from the other. I also asked for a french with pink tips. Got white. Obvious tech had no understanding at all. I wound up with cracks in both of my big toes. Never ever ever ever again. Horrible! read more

I came in to get my eyebrows done this lady spilt wax on my hair you guys. She did not inform me about it. Finished doing my eyebrows. Without my knowledge she put oil in my hair then I felt her pulling it out. (she did not successfully do so) I sat up checked my brows stood up went to walk out of the room and felt my hair ( she still did not inform me of nothing but I was aware of everything but the oil until I felt my hair.) She didn't say sorry. She said it's ok,it's oil, it's only a little. Never have I ever. I wish she would have informed me she spilt wax in my hair and also informed me she was putting something in my hair to get it out. Idk what kind of oil she used and my hair is now a mess. I will not be back. I would not recommend. There is a way to handle things. Mistakes happen. But she did not inform me on anything would have let me walk out without saying anything. read more

Prices are reasonable and the staff are nice. They are not opened on Sunday's which does make it hard for the 8-5 M-S working folks. Make sure to tell them what you want and stick with it. They tend to do what they want and what they think is best for you. If you want it short tell them and stick with it. The manager is very nice. I recommend him; 5 stars. I get bummed whenever I cannot get him because my schedule is very limited due to their business hours. read more

this place was great i went around for months looking for the perfect place and i finally found it. i get a mani & pedi every 3 weeks. it is absolutely wonderful. i usually make appointments with Kim for my pendi and mani. ANd if u ever get a full set, John is the best, believe me. i dont know about the tips n toes name, but its actual name is expert nail. hopefully im writing the right review for the right salon lol read more
