My car looks better than when purchased! I will, continue, to use The Detail Dudes to clean my Tesla. Alex was very polite and professional. He worked non stop with precision and care for the car. Alex is meticulous with every aspect of car detailing. I have a small dog and she really leaves hair and paw prints on the interior of my vehicle. The interior was so immaculate, I,almost, had second thoughts about allowing puppy back in the car -ha,ha! I am just so happy about the way my car looks now. I am not embarrassed to drive the car around any more. Thank you so much,Detail Dudes! The price of the full auto detailing was very competitive with other services. I have had other auto detailing companies, but The Detail Dudes are ,by far superior to all others. Next service I used The Detail Dudes for was my sofa/couch. It was such a dingy grey from dirt that I had slip covers on the couch. Now, I am so happy with how clean it is, no more slip covers. Alex was, once again, diligent with his cleaning of my sofa. He had to come back another day because the couch had not been cleaned since it was purchased like 10 years ago. I am so impressed with how ,Alex, pays attention to details. He works without stopping and puts so much effort into the job. I,highly, appreciate his attention to detail and meticulous work. Please use ,Alex, for your auto and furniture projects.

Within a few short hours, they had already diagnosed the issue and provided a full update. A special shoutout to Jessica, who coordinated everything for me over the phone and via text. She was extremely kind, clear, and patient, walking me through each step and making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was the transparency and technology they use -- they sent me a full digital diagnostic report with photos, test results, and recommendations. It made it easy to understand exactly what was going on with my car. Even more impressive: instead of charging me for unnecessary repairs, they did the extra research and discovered that my issue -- a failed Thermo Control Valve (TCV) -- was covered under Subaru's extended warranty (TSB 09-119-24). They explained everything clearly, tested the part by unplugging it and confirming the codes disappeared, and helped me realize I could get the repair done for free at my dealership. Thanks to their honesty and due diligence, they may have saved me thousands of dollars. My car is now at Subaru awaiting warranty repair, and I wouldn't have known any of this if it weren't for their integrity and professionalism. Fallbrook Auto Works goes above and beyond -- not just in skill, but in how they treat people.
