When i called I asked about my car issues and if there was a way I could stay and wait for my car because I don't have a ride back home. He responds saying "Am I suppose to just magically fix the car?" Very rude. I tell him I don't need the attitude and he then smacks his lips and starts saying "I don't have time for this". . Document Review:…read moreSummary and Assessment Service Experience: Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against using this business for any trailer-related services. I brought my trailer in for repairs, which included addressing several issues, with the primary concern being the malfunctioning trailer lights. Interaction with Business Owner The representative I dealt with, Jerry--who is also the owner--was extremely rude from the start. While some of the repairs were completed, the most important issue, which was repairing the trailer lights, remained unresolved. Jerry explained that he could not repair the trailer lights because he believed there were issues with my truck that prevented him from connecting the lights. Despite discussing and arguing with him about the trailer light connection, he did not resolve the problem. Billing and Outcome: After this unsatisfactory interaction, I decided to leave the business. I was presented with an invoice totaling $600.00 for approximately three hours of labor, which I felt was excessive given that my main concern was not fixed. I paid the invoice, but I was left dissatisfied with the service provided. Resolution at a Different Business: I then visited another business, where the main issue with my trailer lights was successfully resolved in less than 30 minutes. However, this required me to spend an additional $200.00.
