Had to go back 2/16/26 to get rear brakes because I had an appt and it was going to take long. I got the pleasure of having O'Neil to get everything done just right. I have seen previous bad reviews but I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. I was never hassled to buy anything extra. I got new hat I paid for. I didn't get cheap brakes either.

When I showed up, they suddenly said they didn't have my size in stock but conveniently had new tires for a much higher price. That's completely misleading and unprofessional. Not only that, but the place was extremely busy, packed, and chaotic. Why even tell me to come in if you don't have the tires and you're already overloaded with customers? It's a waste of time and not a place I'd recommend.

I have been driving around without an a/c deciding if I want to invest in the car at 128k miles but needed a handful of 125k maintenance as well. They did a great job and the prices were so reasonable for the quality and amount of work. Jeff is very well spoken/written and responds immediately. I feel good about the work they did and will be back next month for some body work. I was very cautious after having all my automotive maintenance done at Honda for all my Hondas until recently when I went somewhere and it was a bust. I'm glad I took a chance with New Era as they did not disappoint.

I decided to leave the truck. The shop reached out to me later in the day and discussed the issue I dropped it off for and informed me they found a couple other problems. They texted me a quote with each item separated so I could accept or decline what work I wanted completed. The front desk even suggested that I hold off on the lesser important issues until we were sure that the primary issue wasn't going to become a bigger issue. Once they successfully fixed the first issue. I then decided to have them correct the other to problems they found. This type of service is hard to find and greatly appreciated. All the service was A+ service, and the work is guaranteed for 12 months. Some may say the price was a little high, but the service you get and the warranty was worth it. I requested service on a coolant leak and once the fixed that, we moved on to the other problems. Highly recommend

At 63,000+ miles the manufacturer told me I needed a whole mess of maintenance work done to my car. I got a quote from them and nearly fainted. The manufacturer would have charged me an arm, leg, and a first born child for the work I had done. I came in, explained what the manufacturer told me I needed and we discussed it. They respected my time and money and I paid no where near what I was quoted by the manufacturer. I got quality work done fast, and got OEM parts and fluids for my car. Most importantly, I got work done by a local business that I trust whole heartedly. Maria (and shop kitty) runs the office like the well oiled machine - that they are. It was an absolute pleasure coming here and doing business! I wouldn't think twice about coming back here again!

I told him and he said ok and gave me a price. Ten minutes later he tells me to pull in. After I do another guy comes and asks me what tires I need to change. It was obvious and my lady friend said something like really obvious. The tall guy over heard and made a comment about if you don't like the service you can go elsewhere. Firstly that gentleman who originally said I'll be right with you was rude. Then a minute later the guy said sorry we don't have that tire. Anymore, so after 4o minutes we had to go elsewhere. So not only was the staff rude, they were not well aware of their inventory, which is ignorance on the part of the employer.
