I'm tired of doing that dance for four months. I saw that was also the same complaint for someone else that they damage the car and don't give a damn about fixing it so use them at your own risk. And I know that damage wasn't there before I took my car in because I got a car wash immediately before taking my car in and actually hand wiped down my car and I know that damage was not there.

I refused the price, cos it was higher than what other stores had told me. She instantly got into an instant cursing rage for my refusal and requested that I pay for the check-up. I refused. She got so mad: called me the N word, cursing and threatened to not release my vehicle to me cos I refused on price. But when she saw that I was calling the cops, she ordered my vehicle released. But since I already called the cops, she ran away and disappeared. The cops came and advised that I go online to review bad customer service as such. Do not take your vehicle to this shop. With only 24 hours until boarding we really needed to have the car looked at. We initially went to a Honda dealer. After several hours there and about $200 to run diagnostics, they said it would it would be over $3000 and, by the way, wouldn't have the parts until the next day. We had noticed Ferrara while driving to the dealer so thought it couldn't hurt to see what they say. We told them of the problems that we were having and the codes that were read. They figured out the problem and gave a price considerably lower. They gave us a ride back to our hotel and had the work completed by 4:00 that afternoon. I can't say enough about the professionalism and integrity of the people that we interacted with. I would give more than 5 stars if possible.

While it was there, I decided I wanted to change the tires and thought, "What better place than somewhere called Mr. Wheels?" Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I decided to move forward with the wheels and tires, I was very specific about the look I wanted. I did not want the wheels sticking out too far with oversized spacers. The person helping me barely looked at me during the entire conversation. He simply turned his monitor around, showed me an option, and told me, "This is what you want." I asked if the setup would look proportional to the truck, and he assured me it would. Based on that, I approved the job. When I returned to pick up the truck, the new doors had been installed, but I immediately noticed they had damaged the wheel arch trim panels during the paint work and hadn't repaired them. On top of that, the wheels looked nothing like I had envisioned. The truck looked like a Hot Wheels toy, which was exactly the look I had been trying to avoid from the beginning. I drove away disappointed, but after being without my vehicle for over a week, I just wanted to get out of there. A day later, I contacted them and explained that the final result was not what I had asked for. I even resent the reference photos I had originally provided. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, they defended the work and told me they thought the truck looked good. They said they would speak with the owners to see what could be done, but eventually came back and told me there was no solution and that they couldn't take the tires back because they were now "used." After that, communication completely stopped. No resolution, no attempt to make things right. If you're looking for your vehicle to have that oversized Hot Wheels look, then maybe this is the place for you. But if you want professionals who listen to what you're asking for and stand behind their work, I'd recommend doing your research and taking your business elsewhere.
