The special needs people in need of help don't deserve to be put on the back burner because all the information can't be given at the same time. The provider worked 2 months prior to orientation and the CPR course and was told to submit those time sheets when received. Once the time sheets were in they refused to pay saying they were obsolete, only this months were valid .. I don't find that fair when I know people who have gotten paid from the time they started working . But it's ok I'll be blessed a little more for being patient ..Hopefully my special needs people won't suffer from lack of not caring enough about their helper to pay for the work done..May he bless your walk as he had ours..

The staff is super nice and caring and they are on top of their game. They do the basics arts and crafts sports and reading. But, it's not just the basic things they do, they have a swimming pool open year round that my brother swims in, they teach them how to cook and they have an awesome light up room "the sensory room." They take my brother out into the public with his peers. They even took him to Disneyland, we paid nothing for him to go to Disneyland! I am so thankful for this place because they break him out of his shell! He's doing things that I would never have imagined him doing but thanks to CID he's getting that opportunity. He comes home everyday with a smile on his face and I have CID to thank for this!

I went to inquire about enrolling my child into this school and received very rude treatment from…read morethe front office (Cassandra). I was completely turned off by her unprofessionalism, lack of eye contact, and the way she treats children. The front desk/office is the face of an establishment, the representation of what is the come. After talking with different parents I came to found out the following: * HIGH turnaround on teachers/staff. * The area is bad. * Homeless are constantly within feet of the school and the police don't always clear them out in the mornings. * Restrictions on taking your own child out of school during after hours!? * Over capacity of students. Most often times they need to eat lunch in their classrooms. *During the summer, the air conditioners don't always work, and the children are forced to eat outside with no shade. *Every year, at least 1 teacher leaves the school. Sometimes mid-year! Do yourself a huge favor and do your due diligence. Talk to other parents there and drive around during business hours and you can see it all for yourself.
