The food is absolutely delicious, the staff is so caring and friendly, and the atmosphere is very chill. It seems that there is currently some outside remodeling going on, but the restaurant is still open. My husband ordered the red curry with chicken. We agreed that it was delicious. I ordered the Thai Chow Mein and would have definitely asked for another order if I hadn't eaten a whole order of Fresh Rolls by myself lol (I was starving and they came out first, these were only okay in my opinion)! We ordered Sa-te chicken for my toddler, but she was being a little picky today. One of the servers attempted to bribe her to eat her food by promising her a scoop of ice cream. That motivated her to try again, but ultimately she didn't like the chicken. We thought it was delicious though. She still got her ice cream. We were sad to see that our favorite server wasn't working today, but we were still happy with our visit! We always make it a priority to stop by this restaurant anytime we are traveling somewhere near by.

This time I decided to try the Popeye tofu and it was good, but I still like the basil tofu more. I definitely recommend anyone to come over if they like Thai food or just want to try something new!

Prices are very fair for the generous portions you get. Ambiance is very cozy, perfect place to just wind down and have some authentic thai comfort food. The Japanese Sukiyaki base was perfectly mild and flavorful -- exactly what I needed. Paired with tender chicken and fresh veggies, it hit the spot without being heavy. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. The restaurant itself is adorable -- bright, floral decor that feels welcoming and clean. Service was super friendly and attentive (shoutout to Alina for the great service! ). Portions are generous for the price, and the quality is top-tier. I also grabbed a simple hot tea that was perfect. This place is a true fusion win: authentic Thai flavors + customizable hot pots + excellent boba. Family-owned vibes shine through in every bite. If you're in the Westlake Village / Thousand Oaks area, do yourself a favor and go. I'll definitely be back soon -- highly recommend! Pro tip: Try the mini hot pot with Sukiyaki or Miso and chicken. You won't regret it.

If this hadn't happened I would've given it a five star because the food was outstanding and what I like best about the food was I said I wanted it hot and it came spicy! Most restaurants are afraid to spice it up they were not and I certainly appreciated that . I placed a takeout order which went through smoothly got to the restaurant picked up the order and noticed that the bill was $15.43 more than it should be. They tacked on a tip. I was never advised to that on the online service I did not click on anything regarding a tip. I brought this to the attention of the servers at the restaurant and they said they didn't have any idea who would've done that they did not offer to refund the $15 and I will not return. It is an outright robbery.

Smacking and burping, didn't know how to use napkins, passing food around, scraping it onto plates and into boxes, making a mess. The waiter had all the right words but didn't deliver. By the time he checked back with us, we were done eating. Never mind. But the weirdest thing was, when he finally checked back, we asked for a refill of iced tea. He said each of us could have one. ONE refill. Got it? The atmosphere was ok. I wouldn't recommend it for date night, in fact, I wouldn't recommend it at all. There are better places that treat you like an adult and don't attract pigs. In response to the owners comment. The only confusion about the refill situation should solely be placed on the server. We are grownups with a sophisticated background in restaurant patronage. It's hard to misinterpret , "You each can have one." I also don't need a lecture on "different cultures". I've been exposed to different cultures, and I also know low-lifes when I see them. Don't assume there's nothing you can do to mitigate the pig factor. The waiter could have cleared some plates and offered to pack up some food, and brought the check asap. That is, recognize the feed-trough tendencies and expedite their exit.
