I didn't think much of it as this brand has changed their packaging previously. (They went from glass bottles to plastic.) Sadly, upon opening this when I got home, I realize not only was it the WRONG brand, the bottle is HALF the size. I was given the wrong juice altogether, with Sapphire Nic to be added... when it clearly states on the packaging that the juice ALREADY contains nicotine. I was also charged more for this. I opened the package hoping for a pamphlet to clarify, however I did not find any and went looking online. I went to the site itself and got the following screenshots. Went back today and asked if there was an exchange policy as there was a miscommunication error given it clearly is not a CBD product. There is a trace amount of CBDN however I'd have to smoke 3Grams of this product to get what could be got in half of a In-House CBD gummie. I was told "well I'd be out 40$" clearly it can be bought online for 12$ at retail so you know...wholesale... Mind you he was "concerned" about 40$...meanwhile i make 1350$ a month working with homeless children in domestic shelters...that 40$ actually hurts me as I barely meet my needs as it were. When we walked in the guy was all namaste and hugging us (literally came out with hands in namaste and hugged me), and when we asked for store credit, he FLIPPED out. I tried to get a word in but he wouldn't let me. I was simply trying to tell him that if he would allow the return he would have gotten 2 new customers that just moved to the neighborhood. But no, he said he didn't care and that only god would decide how his business would do. He also said in his rant that he only cares about himself (he said this because I was saying that he is going to ruin his business with customer service like this). After yelling at us and saying he would go out of business if everyone came in there with a return (which we were only asking for store credit, not our money back), he escorted us out the door and told us to never come back.
