I arrived shortly before closing, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, but Ben was incredibly kind and accommodating from the start. I rented the car from Sunday, 4/19 through Saturday, 4/25. Throughout the entire process, Ben was honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He truly went above and beyond and was a lifesaver during a difficult week. When I returned the car with my daughter and planned to Uber home, Ben kindly offered to drive us instead. My daughter had recently fractured her foot and was limited in mobility, so his kindness meant even more. He has a very humble, fatherly presence and made a stressful situation much easier. I would highly recommend Stop-N-Go Rent-A-Car to anyone in need of a rental car, and I will be referring others to Ben. When I originally rented the vehicle, I explicitly told the agent that I had an I-PASS. She never bothered to mention that my transponder wouldn't work on California toll roads, even though it works across multiple states when I take road trips. ​To make matters worse, when I called about the charge, the representative named Jose stated my name and email address had been entered incorrectly in their system from the start, proving the original agent wasn't thorough. Jose corrected it. His customer service was terrible. He claimed there was nothing they could do about the fee and refused to let me speak to a manager. Charging a $55 administrative fee on a $2.24 toll due to their staff's lack of communication, while offering zero resolution or management escalation, is completely unacceptable. Unlike most Nationals, you need to check in with the staff to pick out a car and you don't get to choose within your status. They will tell you what they have available. Most likely this is due to the lack of space... But it's not a big deal bc it's a small and efficient airport (John Wayne SNA airport) so there's really no wait. Cars were very clean and the parking lot is the most organized and efficient I have ever seen in a parking lot for rental cars. There are numbered spots for cars so you find the exact car you have. And there are pedestrian walkway strips colored yellow to keep people safe and to let drivers know where they shouldn't drive.

There was almost no selection available, and I was given a Hyundai Elantra with over 35k miles on it. To make matters worse, the car itself was quite dirty on the inside when I picked it up. While I appreciate the fast and helpful service from the employees, Enterprise really needs to do a better job with vehicle maintenance and thorough cleaning between rentals.

The full payment was due at the counter which was awesome meaning that I could cancel up to the day of. Upon getting to the counter, the whole process did not take more than 10 mins!
