She brought me toppers that did not meet my request for what I want. Plus, she's just taking toppers out of a box that she's is planning to sell to me. Who knows who else has tried that topper on? The place did not strike me as sanitary and definitely not helpful. When I got up and left, she ran after me (leaving the other client finally) and said I owed a $50 consultation fee. I told her if I had received a consultation I would pay it, but I did not get one. I left.

The sweet lady helping me got company by, what I presume was, the lady owning the store. She pulled some wigs that I already said no to as they had a fake blonde look with black root look going on. I asked if they had a softer interior cap. She told me that that doesn't exist. (I have one) The "owner" lady muttered that I was unstable.
