Exotic Classics have completely re-invented the car buying experience. The facility is positively remarkable. And the staff (I worked with Craig) has an encyclopedic knowledge of every automobile in their facility, its lineage, driver/owner history, etc. They spent countless hours getting to know me, my needs, and which car would ideally suit me best. They took all the pain and apprehension out of what normally is a very clumsy and uncomfortable experience and made it a very positive experience. Every car dealer could learn a thing or two from a visit to their facility. I ended up with a comically low-milage 964 Porsche and it was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. WARNING!!!! Stay away from this dealership I recently purchased a 2015 Bentley GTC from this dealership Steven Shapiro was salesman. At time of presage inspection windshield was not damaged. Shipper noted at time of pickup inspection large crack in windshield. Before accepting auto I contacted dealership and they took responsibility for damage and agree to pay to replace windshield. They now refuse to answer my request for payment.Cost to replace 5K They also at time of sale claimed auto had never been painted or damaged. It turns out front quarter hood and grille had been damaged and poorly repaired with no film reapplied. Also my deposit which was held in escrow has never been returned to me. Nice people, real enthusiasts, amazing inventory. But a little sloppy once you hand over the cash. I paid for the care in full two months ago and still haven't received the spare parts that come with it. Got another "we've been busy " today from the Sales manager. ER..hello.... Their book keeper was unaware the car had been paid for, and that the title could be real released, until my insurance agent told them. So the insurance was delayed until the car arrived. They lost the driver side Volvo rubber mat, so sent me a stock mat to make up for it "as a gift". They shipped the car without the manual, which was later found, but it took its time showing up. I paid for a thousand dollar adjustment to the seat, and they rolled it into the price of the car, on the final paperwork, which isn't preferable for tax purposes, which was their suggestion in the first place. Just little stuff. A little subtle sense of arrogance that rubbed me the wrong way. read more

I recently bought a 993 turbo S at Exotic Classics. The service is very professional. After I bought the car and the seat adjuster cable came loose. I bought it to a local Porsche dealership and have them repair. I sent the bill to Exotic Classics and they send me reimbursement within a week and they also sent me DMV document as soon as I requested. I am beyond upset about my experience at this dealership. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We saw a car online that we were interested in buying, we went in to see it and that was fine.. everything went downhill after we put a offer in. This place does not know how to treat there customers yet alone take offers/negotiate. We put a offer in, and waited patiently 2 weeks to hear back.. we never did. We took it upon ourselves to call and ask, and they said they wouldn't accept the offer and were working on the price for us ( since we put in a counter offer) waited another 2 weeks patiently and never heard back. These people are liars, and wasted almost a month of our time. I would recommend that you take you business elsewhere. Something is very fishy & unprofessional about this place. read more

Purchased a car from Exotic Classics. I saved a long time for my dream car. That being said I drove to the dealership, about a 6 hour drive Took the car for a test drive that went well. The car that they were selling was on consignment....... I was told was registered and inspected in new york and they had to get a new inspection. Fine AFTER PAYING IN FULL the car had some registration issues and inspection issues. It took a three weeks to get it inspected . Then when I was told the car was all inspected I booked a flight to pick the car up later that week . Two days later I was told The car was still not ready they were having problems and still could not get it registered and that I still could not pick up the car. Another week later the car was finally ready. My biggest gripe is that the salesman Craig Balaban Promised me a refund for the plane ticket and after several emails never sent me the money. Bottom line is that they don't keep their word........ buyers beware!!! Never mind that on the way home the car died on the expressway at 2:00 am in a complete thunderstorm and had to be towed to a hotel.......... more money spent . We purchased a Ferrari from Exotic Classics after having it inspected by a Ferrari dealer who confirmed that the convertible top was not damaged. Exotic Classics assured us that the car was in great condition and provided a warranty that the convertible top was operational. When the car arrived, the top rail was bent, the soft top was torn in several places, the power top did not work and the car had unexplained miles on it. The transporter had photos taken prior to loading showing the damage was done while the car was still in the possession of Exotic Classics. We also discovered that the front under the body shell had been removed and that the rear shell was severely damaged and a portion of it missing. The inspecting Ferrari dealer confirmed that the shells were in place at the time of the inspection. Craig of Exotic Classics warranted that the car was "all original" and represented that it had never been in an accident; we discovered that the front bumper was repaired or replaced and that the paint color on it did not match the rest of the car. The right door was not operational and we discovered that the inner handle was broken and another part was missing; again, the inspecting Ferrari dealer confirmed that it operated at the time of the inspection. So far, we have repair estimates in excess of $11,500 and Exotic Classics is providing no assistance or reimbursement for its warranty. read more
