They stole $4000 from me, never gave me any paperwork nor bill of sale. They promptly went out of business and I had no one to contact.

Car's are not sold at the listed price. Expect at least 20% of the total cost to be added on. Just a bait to get you there.

As a trusting citizen, I am I was guaranteed with a 4 month Lemon law warranty in writing. The next day whilst driving the car I hear rattling from the rear end and a little wobbly action coming from the front left side. Having owned many cars previously it left me somewhat perturbed. Well, long story short I took it to my mechanic, explained what I experience driving the car. The next day he called me with devastating news. The Four hydraulic shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced for safety reasons. Wait for it each one costs $2000 plus labor! I immediately reached out to SZ Motors and they informed me that they were not covered by there warranty! Are you kidding me? Please BUYERS beware of this Slealership.

I ultimately didn't purchase a car here but got right up to the finish line with them - and they were pros the whole way. They brought the car to get inspected by a well reputed nearby garage, and the inspector had great things to say about the car's condition. I dealt primarily with Jay who was very good and I would recommend. Most importantly they were professionals when I didn't purchase and returned my deposit right away. In general it feels more like a dealership experience than a traditional "used car dealer".

My BF and I drove 1 hour from Manhattan to look at a car advertised for 60k, upon arriving the salesman Bryan tells us it's actually $75k. He literally told us we should have "read the fine print" on the listing, which details the extra fees. When my BF brought up his interest in an extended warranty for the car, Bryan then MADE A FAKE PHONE CALL (obviously thought we were idiots), and said "Mhmm yes, I have a buyer here, but they want a warrantee. Oh? THEY CAN GET ONE? Oh great! How exciting!" He hung up and vaguely said he spoke to "The Owner" (of what? I don't know. The car? The dealership?). It was very bizarre and uncomfortable.

Never received my regi in the mail. John is a complete soulless clown who will have you running to and from his dealership lying about paying for repairs and keep egging you along hoping you'll eventually leave him alone. I stayed eager to get my old car back eventually got him to crack and take the Audi back when I threatened to take him to court. Be very careful when doing business with this clown STAY AWAY ALL TOGETHER place is poorly run and messy they sell pieces of garbage. Shortly after I purchased a CPO from Huntington toyota down the road on Jericho and was completely satisfied. Avoid this dealer at all cost. Oh, yea and there was various shotgun shells around the property as well, super shady dude.

But don't make the same mistake I did with this company. Do not buy a car on his word and do not buy a car from him with out a full mechanic inspection. His name is Matt and he has a wonderful approach that comes across with such a caring personality and with such honesty...In hind site it is all so calculated, and after the check clears you meet the other Matt - the one that doesn't return calls or emails, or makes promises that are never realized. He turns into the proverbial NY Used Car Salesman ... Look at the descriptions of the dozens of cars he has for sale ....they all say "Just driven 45k careful miles" or whatever the milage is. Imagine all of the cars that he buys at auction...are only the ones driven with "careful miles" all of the descriptions are just the same as if all of the cars are in the same in identical perfect careful condition. On top of all the smooth talk that makes you feel good and his quick (even after hours) response before the sale, there is his wonderful presentation of how he puts all of the cars "through the shop" so that they are fully tuned and repaired and ready to go. This turns out to be a car wash and vacuum at most... The Mercedes I bought had a cracked mirror which he was to be replace as part of the deal. When it wasn't done at pick up he said it would be sent up Monday and I would have to get it installed, but then it just never arrived and the car wouldn't pass inspection, months later after tormenting him he sent me a check so that I could buy one he found on ebay, turns out it was an aftermarket part and the money he sent was about half of getting the right MB part. I figured since I didn't trust him at this point, I'd take it in for an oil service right away and was I in for a shocker on this 43k mile carefully driven one owner MB. The transmission fluid was over filled so the shifting was jumpy, there was a wobble in the front end which I assumed was just a tire out of balance- nope both front wheels were bent. Then there are the rubber boots on the front half shafts, both ripped apart and that turned out to be a 1500 job and hopefully the u-joints are not contaminated by road sand as the half shaft are a 4500 job. Then there is the A/C which he said BLOWS COLD...well it did in the front seats, but the back seat A/C control only pumped heat - all the time. that was a 500 job. Then there is the front right ball joint thats gone...and so on. All this on top of his detailed description of how clean and mint the one owner car was, no rust (nope the fender edges are all rusted and getting ready to come out on the rear fenders, original paint-nope, paint work and the rear section not put back together properly so the bumper trim sticks out 1/4 proud of the fender and you can see the paint tape lines. Then the lacrosse ball size dent in the roof he never mentioned and the crack in the heater control glass on the dash that he said was a reflection in the photo...and I could go on but you get the picture ... A really highly calculated professional smooth talking NY used car salesman. Don't fall for it like I did.
