These "negative reviews" are just customer's NOT understanding, how the business actually works. Finance Manager Jay, is extremely knowledgeable and actually takes care of the customer. Thanks to her worth ethic I recently purchased a car from Drive World. Business is business everyone has to profit but ! Horrible- crooks, liars and thieves from office staff to all management starting with Fabian and then Jimmy- everyone at this office are phonies and corrupt. They sold us a bad car that should have never passed inspection-3 days after we took out of the lot it had an oil leak and a week later the brakes were squeaking so were took it to their repair shop who told us he could not do anything about the bad left headlight and the not working cruise control so we took it Westbury Jeep who did a diagnostic on the car and the motor needed to be replaced along with 20 other things that are wrong with the car. Currently they are being reviewed by the Attorney General's office for Consumer Fraud! read more

Genuinely good workers, Kerly was our salesperson, she was very relatable, know on the car she was selling us and easy going about the process, teaching about everything we would need to know about the car and giving us tips in order to secure a lower rate and monthly. Max was the finance manager who settled our price. At the end of the day, buying cars is a game, and after a little deliberation, Max was able to sell us the car for a much cheaper pricer than originally offered and a lower monthly. Made it seem like they really wanted to work with us. They washed the car and filled the gas before we left the lot. Fabian the store manager came in and out the finance office to check on us, also tried to help with pricing. Overall, the buying experience from entering, looking at the car to leaving with the car took 4 and a half hours but was worth the wait for a better prices and added benefits. read more

Very poor service. I bought a car from them on September 6, CLA45 AMG and I'm still waiting for my registration papers in the mail that I have not got yet. Do not get your license plates from them. It's November 2 and I still have not got my registration in the mail from them. read more

I can't believe the pile of crap they try to feed you when you go there. We wanted a car they had. The price was listed on the internet. What's next. Bait and switch. Even though the cost posted was $44000, we were told that's AFTER 20% down. Really? I expressed my shock, and the owner told us that if they didn't do it that way no one would come in. I said that the original price was the Carfax fair market value, he argued and said no, that's not true. We then told him of another car from a dealership and the price they quoted. He stated that the dealership would do the same thing he was doing. WRONG. Bought the car at the dealership, 2 years newer and 20K fewer miles for less that he wanted for his car that had more of a past history. read more

trust me don't go to this dealership I bought a 2019 Infiniti q50 a little over a year ago and the car came back with a bunch of sensor issues (which should have been covered by the warranty)but instead of me ever getting a phone call or email back I was greeted with the parking lot and building completely abandoned or so i thought because after 10-15 minutes of me trying to call anyone from the dealership 2 people popped up at the top window to their office which I believe were employees hiding the entire time, instead of speaking with me they decided to pull out their phone and start recording me. im pursuing legal action as of todays date they have been very careful not give out any information but I already have multiple private investigators speaking with different people that have unfortunately fallen for this dealerships scams and collecting info ill write another review detailing the outcome of this situation.i strongly recommend avoiding this dealership and others associated with it(one coming to mind is victory mitsubishi which I almost fell for their classic bait and switch scam) read more

First off, I took a long ride to this place to look at a car at around my price range. The price seemed right and the first trip was OK. Apparently leaving a dealer with a full tank of gas makes the place "Luxury" never knew a dealership that doesn't fill up the tank. The car already had problems that they had promised me would be addressed. I had made another appointment the following week to bring my mechanic over to look at the car. They told me that would be no problem. The day before I had changed my appointment time from 2pm to 12 pm. The salesman had no idea this appointment was made. I'm patient and wait for my salesman to finish with his current client, no problems. Now, in order to properly look at this car my mechanic wanted it on the lift. The company knew I had an appointment and tried to tell me that putting it on a lift to look at the car was extreme, first red flag. They tried telling me they couldn't put the car on the lift because their Tech wasn't in and wouldn't allow it for insurance reasons, Not my problem. After a bit of waiting for their tech to wake up and get in we get this car on a lift. My mechanic who is a licensed Master Mechanic for Toyota found a few problems he knew to look for, Water pump going bad at the mileage and he noticed the exhaust was bent. This would have went UN-noticed if we weren't able to put this car on a lift. My mechanic points out the problems on the car and their tech argued with him telling him that he's wrong and the car is fine....the exhaust was being held up by a wire, big problem. Either their techs don't do a full and complete run through on the car or their Sales tries to sell off cars with obvious problems. The car has problems but OK, we can still work a deal out. I gave them an offer of 12k on a car they are standing to make 7k on me. Tried to tell me the car was bought for 15k+ which was a lie because it was a trade in. No way that trade in was worth more than 8k with the condition the car was in. KBB had the car listed for 13,500 for a pristine car, after all their fees the car came to 18,000. After I was brought into the financial office and gave them a fair value they didn't even try to haggle or make a deal. I knew what the car was worth, all of a sudden they don't want to sell me the car even with the problems I accepted. The financial officer started talking in circles and told me she no longer wanted to sell the car. They promised me the problems would be addressed and I would receive a call by Monday for first dibs on the car. It's Tuesday now and even though they're open the financial officer and the salesman are both out of the building and left early. Of Course. They promised me a call on Wednesday and if they do I'll adjust this review. So far I felt like they were just trying to sell a beaten up car at a new car value. Not a good experience. read more

Buyer Beware! Do not waste your time or money at this dealership. I saw an ad for a Range Rover. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Was in communication with Drive World all week then when I arrived the Range Rover was mysteriously sold moments before and they lied about their trade in policy. They are the worst, will say and do anything to get you in their doors just to up sell you. Horrible !!! Prices advertised is not the price, add an additional 2,999.00 at least. Drove 100 miles asked if any Scratches and if that was the price, I was told no scratches and that was the price no additional fees except normal taxes. The whole side of the car was KEYED, plus automatically $2,999 was added. Don't waste your time! So disappointed. Plus you can,t test drive the until you approve the price. What a joke read more

I had called up Drive World to verify the cost of a car listed online. I was told the price listed was correct and that there were no dealer fees. When my wife and I showed up... Jay in finance slapped a $4000 dealer fee on to the listed price... not surprising at all but why? We did come to an agreement on price and trade but... as I am typing this... almost 1 month after the sale... my existing car loan has still not been paid off... I am just a few days away from this hitting my credit report as 30 days late. In addition... there was an issue with the overhead console... a part needed to be ordered... we were told a week later that the part was in and my wife took the 45 minute drive to the dealer only to find out that the part was never ordered. It was eventually taken care of but not as smoothly as it should have been. Our salesman Oliver and the finance person Jay... were both very nice but it does not make up for the other issues listed above. I would never go back there again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just floored at how deceptive these guys were. Trying to buy a car for my son. Called the dealer ahead of time to make sure the advertised price was indeed the actual sale price. Explained to them how other dealers kept adding on $2500 to the advertised cost. I was assured that it's the advertised price plus tax, title, dmv and a $375 dealer fee. So we test drive the car. Son loved it. Then it's time to talk finances but only after a 90 minute wait. Get into the woman's office and she shows me the worked up price - almost $4,000 more than the advertised price. Plus the financier is now different then my pre approved financier - probably because they're aligned and profit off of the interest there. I wouldn't be as upset if I hadn't been lied to over the phone (very shitty sales tactic) and then if I didn't waste 4+ hours of mine and my son's time. Sucks people operate this way. read more

this dealership is a complete rip off. I went to buy a vehicle. I bought the vehicle and I left there without my paper because I was told it would be sent to via email Mike sales rep is a lying crook! my agreement was nvr shown to me . the car had a defect. I returned it and they were telling me I could not get my $refund back ! then finally I kept asking for my paper work .The ManagER Jay got very nasty with me! and handed me a copy of my document that stated I could indeed return the car free and clear ! I said so this is what you guys were trying to hiding from me! whatever u do, do not sign the Decline option on their paper work! it gets better they issued me a reciept for my $8000.00 and then upon me leaving they reversed the money back to themselves! stating that I had owe them paper registration that they were negligent in retrieving from me! So they decided to try to steal $8000.00 for a half of slip that they referred to as registration that cost $175.00 mins you they allowed to leave with out getting it back I did not even know that was the paper they were requesting! very very shady ppl the cars are not priced on the website and they lie to you saying they will try to get you that price! the secret is you have to put 20-26% down 1st! stay away you these reviews are very much so close to my experience ! read more

I scheduled an appt.. called the same of my appt.. and was told the car was still there.. when I got there.. The prices online are not the real prices and they don't have all the cars in there facility. I called at 1pm to see if they had this honda accord for $20k, i gave them the stock number and they said yes and set up an appointment for 3pm. I tell the lady over the phone that I live 2 hours away so I needed that car to be available. I show up and the dealer shows me a different honda for $34k claiming whoever answered the phone messed up and this is the only car available. For the next 30 minutes he proceeded to give out excuses as to why the car that i initially wanted wasn't going to be $20k that they were going to sell it for around $30k as well. He proceeds to tell lie after lie even though i see on his screen that the car I initially wanted was reserved for me. He could not take no for an answer so i eventually had to walk out. They still keep spamming me on calls, texts, and emails about new deals they have. read more

I called to for a BMW they had on their inventory, was told it was available & then drove 40 minutes to come see the bmw just to find it out it had been sold 3 days ago. I was not pleased & they tried to sell me this other car & kept pressuring me to submit a credit application without telling me that the car is a salvage title. If I had caved in not only would I have hurt my credit but my first car would have been a car that has already been in 3 accidents already. I am very shocked that they would pressure me into buying a car like that. Especially after telling them that I myself am only 19 years old & it was my first car that I was planning to buy. I had felt like I was being taken advantage of, I wish they would have told me about that. They also wouldn't give me a straight out the door price. Which was weird as i've gone to other dealers who are open to saying the out the door price. Please stay away from this place. read more
