I was caller number 10 today 5/1/2026 for the Katt Williams ticket giveaway, but the interaction with the man answering the phone lines for DJ E-Man felt pretty rude. When I got through, I was told I didn't sound excited enough. I explained that I was in the car and my baby was sleeping, so I couldn't be loud, but instead of understanding, they hung up and immediately moved on to the next caller. What made it more frustrating is that the next caller didn't sound overly excited either just speaking normally and still got through. That inconsistency didn't feel fair. Again, this isn't a complaint about Power 106 as a whole because I've always enjoyed listening and participating. I just think this particular interaction could have been handled with a bit more understanding and professionalism.

This 2.5 hour time frame to respond is extremely unrealistic and unreasonable and unfortunately, she did not see the message until later that day. She emailed and called every number she could find after she saw the email but there was no answer. The disappointment and frustration are beyond words. We have emailed support@iheartradio.com as this appears to be the email where people have submitted complaints. I'm hoping this email reaches headquarters and that they are proactive at improving customer satisfaction as this poorly reflects on an otherwise respected brand.
