The old super was ok, but Victor works hard and really cares. The manager is also doing a good job. They made the building safer by stopping the people who were doing smoking and selling drugs in the laundry room and in front of the building. He put up a gate and cameras and improved the security and now it feels safe to live here. I also like that they are part of the neighborhood. Victor helped the school kids paint the Joker stairs next to the building. It was really nice to see them encourage and be part. This is a good company. Now, two years later, the board members have also become negligent and self-serving, allowing a transportation device in the garage. A 1960s building is not safely equipped to house a dangerous transportation device inside its building. 2/3 of its occupants/families are in an uproar, and the board members and management are not listening. Have never listened to anything the majority have spoken. negligence can get us killed.
