As others have noted, it is easy to find high quality, reasonable priced, good looking furniture at Pamaro's. My problem has been with delivery. The crew that delivered my furniture delivered the wrong stuff, and left a mess. I will spare you the details, but all the good aspects of this experience quickly went out the window. This makes me sad because we did not find any other store to be close, but what good is that if you get the wrong furniture, and your house needs a new paint job. Thanks Pamaro delivery crew for a poor job. Maybe consider this if you can avoid having them deliver, hire a professional crew since you pay for the bad delivery anyway.

We special ordered a bedroom set with a California King bed, two night stands, a dresser and a chest of drawers plus 2 sets of lamps, and an outdoor wicker table with glass top and 4 chairs. We had to special order the California King sized bed because no one carried the one we wanted in that size. Florida Home and Patio were the only ones I called willing to do a special order. Their prices and quality are excellent plus they have really unique items with a Florida vibe. Service is excellent and with a smile! Even the delivery people were excellent and would do anything to make sure the furniture was set up how we liked. The owner even called to see to see if our special order was correct and the delivery was what we expected. Who does that anymore? Barry came to the house to appraise the items and he made us feel comfortable and gave us what seemed like a fair price. We scheduled a pick-up, but I was again concerned that there would be strangers in my home picking up the furniture. Joe and Will showed up and immediately put us at ease. I think Joe might be one of the nicest people I've ever met. They were great! We used Iverson's again and Joe and Jeff showed up the second time. Again, it was a great experience! Joe, Will, and Jeff were respectful of us and our home. They didn't ask for a thing; we had to offer them water and such. They were the utmost professional gentlemen and they were even fun and easy to talk to. It is important to add, given the nature of their jobs, that they knew what they were doing. For example, the first time, they were taking a very large wall unit and Joe and Will knew exactly how it came apart for the easiest removal and transport. Yet, in taking it apart, they did nothing to harm our home. I cannot adequately express how appreciative we were of these guys making us feel comfortable while they were in our home and knowing how to get the job done! The only challenge in the whole process was that there was a discrepancy in the amount I was owed, but Barry rectified it when I told him, which I appreciated. Iverson's also paid me for a consignment item, which I was thrilled with. I would absolutely use Iverson's again to sell items!

Delivery was delayed as Ashley said they received only one mattress and had to wait for the second. Once delivery was made it became immediately evident that one mattress was thicker than the other. I was tempted to refuse delivery, but was told by their delivery person that these mattresses, which were shipped rolled up in a box, take up to 24 hours to fully expand. Well, "full expansion" never occurred and one mattress remains thicker than the other. Ashley did nothing until we filed a dispute with the finance company. Ultimately, they have sent a technician to the house twice, and have confirmed, on both inspections, that the mattresses are different heights. Ashley insists that they meet specification and will not correct. This leaves one side of a king size bed higher than the other. Our recommendation is to not buy from Ashley as their quality is questionable, and their customer support is non-existent. Should you elect to proceed with a purchase, please inspect thoroughly on delivery and refuse immediately if there are any problems/defects; otherwise getting your purchase corrected will be very difficult, if at all.
