My wife contacted them as soon as we found out. The owner not only claimed they absolutely didn't do it, which I would expect, but also then demanded proof about damage. When my wife supplied pictures, the owner questioned if the pictures were genuine and demanded a time stamp picture, which we supplied. When I called to follow up not only did the owner not call me back (for over a week), but when I called back to reach him he was immediatly very defensive and didn't let me speak. He said someone else was supposed to call me back. He kept interrupting me and even after I asked him to let me speak and make my point, he got upset and kept talking over me. While this may be a small commercial dispute ($100) to get the floor repaired, I would warn others not to deal with this company. It is easy to be nice when you are trying to sell something, but If they do not take care of small items and are super aggressive when you have a problem, I am not sure you want to deal with people like this. It was clear to me that they created the problem, but even though we disagree, how can they be trusted to handle a large order if they act like this over a small item. There was no offer to settle, no offer for a discount if we bought something. Nothing but that we were wrong. The owner told me that my rental company volunteered to credit me for the repair, but the rental company didn't create this damage. It was not not their responsibility. It is Pink Pineapple who did the damage. Obviously, we will never shop there again. Shoppers beware.

As others have noted, it is easy to find high quality, reasonable priced, good looking furniture at Pamaro's. My problem has been with delivery. The crew that delivered my furniture delivered the wrong stuff, and left a mess. I will spare you the details, but all the good aspects of this experience quickly went out the window. This makes me sad because we did not find any other store to be close, but what good is that if you get the wrong furniture, and your house needs a new paint job. Thanks Pamaro delivery crew for a poor job. Maybe consider this if you can avoid having them deliver, hire a professional crew since you pay for the bad delivery anyway.

We had been traveling for 13 years so had no furniture, to speak of. We special ordered a bedroom set with a California King bed, two night stands, a dresser and a chest of drawers plus 2 sets of lamps, and an outdoor wicker table with glass top and 4 chairs. We had to special order the California King sized bed because no one carried the one we wanted in that size. Florida Home and Patio were the only ones I called willing to do a special order. Their prices and quality are excellent plus they have really unique items with a Florida vibe. Service is excellent and with a smile! Even the delivery people were excellent and would do anything to make sure the furniture was set up how we liked. The owner even called to see to see if our special order was correct and the delivery was what we expected. Who does that anymore? Poor quality and NO customer support. In October we purchased 2 Twin XL mattresses to be used…read moretogether on a king size adjustable base. Delivery was delayed as Ashley said they received only one mattress and had to wait for the second. Once delivery was made it became immediately evident that one mattress was thicker than the other. I was tempted to refuse delivery, but was told by their delivery person that these mattresses, which were shipped rolled up in a box, take up to 24 hours to fully expand. Well, "full expansion" never occurred and one mattress remains thicker than the other. Ashley did nothing until we filed a dispute with the finance company. Ultimately, they have sent a technician to the house twice, and have confirmed, on both inspections, that the mattresses are different heights. Ashley insists that they meet specification and will not correct. This leaves one side of a king size bed higher than the other. Our recommendation is to not buy from Ashley as their quality is questionable, and their customer support is non-existent. Should you elect to proceed with a purchase, please inspect thoroughly on delivery and refuse immediately if there are any problems/defects; otherwise getting your purchase corrected will be very difficult, if at all.
