They also told me that previous work done by Woodies wasn't done correctly and they had to do it over. They talk about their quality of service and their ASE certified mechanics and their belief in Customer Service and treating you like family. That was not my experience.

Normally the would not clean the inside of the rear window. Went last week since I was in the area and same problem even though I pointed out in advance that tended to miss the rear window. Autobell in Mooresville and in Denver NC are only slightly better but they still miss the inside of the rear window. Can relate because I've cleaned them myself and in an Audi A-4, it's a bit of a a contortionist exercise but that is the reason I take the car and my wife's SUV to full-service car washes
