I have used the carwash before but, this is the first time I have had this car detailed. Three years of grandchildren, dogs, sand, and candy had taken their toll. It told the full day but the restoration was amazing. It was not cheap but you get what you pay for. Thanks guys for the great work. PAT read more

Sporadic at Best. I lived in Corenlius for almost 25 years before to moving to Trilogy in Denver. Needless to say, I often used Carolina Springs Autospa with mixed results. Normally the would not clean the inside of the rear window. Went last week since I was in the area and same problem even though I pointed out in advance that tended to miss the rear window. Autobell in Mooresville and in Denver NC are only slightly better but they still miss the inside of the rear window. Can relate because I've cleaned them myself and in an Audi A-4, it's a bit of a a contortionist exercise but that is the reason I take the car and my wife's SUV to full-service car washes read more

After being at a ranch and a farm, the Yukon was filthy. We drive back tomorrow and I need a clean truck. I've driven past this car wash a bunch of times as it's right around the corner. Stopped in for a Managers Special. Under $30 they offer the inside and out plus windows and wheels. It's like taking a long hot shower. Lots of friendly thorough car people here. Glad I stopped in read more

First time here & I thought they did an awesome job! Super big team of guys/gals, they have a regular wash team and a detail team ready to go. I have 3 kids under 4 and a 2021 expedition MAX so you can imagine how dirty my SUV gets..- they made it look better than brand new!! Aiden was also quite the gentlemen when he saw me from ACROSS THE PARKING LOT, trying to carry my 2 huge car seats to the seating area he ran right up to help me. And they checked in with me during and after my car was done to make sure I didn't see any spots they missed or wanted anything else done (specific r request). I wish the company let me tip on my credit card but we got it done with Zelle. You guys get a 5 star from me. Brand new to Cornelius and can't wait to bring my truck next and become regulars!! Thank you!!!! read more

The outside was cleaned reasonably well, but there were still dirty spots under the exposed door handles and were visible from 10' away. If I can spot them immediately, why did I pay someone to clean the car? Manager special is supposed to come with a "wipe down dash and console". This was clearly not done. There is dog hair on the dash and dust on the console. You can see places they briefly touched but they did not "clean" anything. No pride in their work, no real effort. Spend your money elsewhere and definitely don't go above the "Basic" package. read more

My Jeep was filthy inside and out, all covered in sap. The interior looked like a haunted house and had accumulated mold after being parked for 2 years. Frank was very helpful and kept us informed on progress during the time they had it. The team at Carolina Springs did an amazing job making it look good enough to display on a car lot. I didn't think it could ever look that good again. I definitely recommend their service to anyone needing in-depth detailing. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I don't want someone else to make the mistake I did. I Needed a car wash so I tried this place out today. What a waste of money. The guy up sold me to a more expensive wash suggesting that my tires/wheels needed a good cleaning and for bug removal. The front of my car looks like I never got a wash, the tires and wheels are still filthy and the bird poop on the roof (the whole reason I got a car wash) is STILL THERE! After a $30 car wash! HUGE WASTE of money. I'm so disappointed as this is close to my house and I was hoping for a good clean car. Now I have to pay to have it washed AGAIN somewhere else. I don't usually examine my car after paying $30 for a wash but I guess I should have. read more

First and last time going. Thought I'd try it out. Not very thorough at all despite spending $32 on the ultimate wash plus tipping the guy 20 bucks after. Very easily noticeable spots left all over the exterior of the car which I wiped off easily after so I know they could've done better and they barely vacuumed it out on the inside at all. Don't think I even got my air freshener which was supposed to come with it. It's honestly just a bunch of entitled, lazy high schoolers who could care less and do the bare minimum but think they are owed a tip. Not very friendly either. Just stood there after waiting for me to give a tip. 0/10 won't be back there. read more

First visit and I chose the express detail interior and exterior. The price was $80 with tax. The staff there are very friendly. But the quality of work wasn't great. There was a lot of dirt still on the floor and they weren't able to get all of the dog hair out. The rear windows were not very clean and the wheels were not completely clean. The seats weren't vacuumed. My convex mirror was ripped off the driver side mirror and not replaced and the running boards were still very dirty as well as the tailgate. Overall, I expected a more thorough clean for that price. read more

If you are looking to blow yr money and drive home in a dirty car, this is your place. For $35 they do not wipe anything down but your dash. Supposedly your console also, but that didn't happen. What they will not do for $35: Wipe down the interior of your doors. clean windows inside vacuum your seats vacuum the carpet wipe the exterior mirrors, clean your windshield. What they will do for $35: Run car thru car wash. Wipe outside windows with a dirty cloth. Put tire gloss on your still dirty tires. Go to Auto Bell. For $20 they will touch every surface of your car inside and out. read more

Horrible horrible horrible! This was my first and last time going here. I usually go to Sam's and pay $10 ; but today , I thought I would treat myself and made it a point to come here and spend $34.10 with tax. It looks like all of the beautiful monied people in Cornelius come here with their fancy cars, so I thought they would do a decent job. They have a bunch of high school boys that don't want to be there and don't know the definition of hard work. I literally had to have the manager come over and he is the only reason why they are getting two stars - my car probably should have gone back in for a second wash (it was filthy no doubt) but "Will" went over all the areas the spoiled high school boy missed. I gave Will the tip money bc he deserved it. The kick in the pants was as I was driving home and as the sun shone through my back window, I noticed the inside of the windows were never touched and had dog nose prints all over them still!! To say I'm mad is an understatement. read more

Becarefull with this car wash business, they perform an express carwash that cost $2.99 on any gas station but on this palce they charge you $27.89. They don't clean anything, I went in to get my car clean inside and outside and the service was bad. read more

I was unhappy with my car when I got home I called the owner Brett was attentive and concerned about his business. They offered to clean car again for me and there was nothing but respect as I appreciate a good business owner who cares. I would recommend this place on just how the staff was and how the owner truly does care about your car. I will return as I am happy with the end results. read more

My poor SUV lugs kids, dogs, my DIY project of the week and more. It gets pretty beat up. I rely on the mini-detail at Carolina Springs Auto Spa to return my car to almost new condition. I appreciate the fabulous customer service including the opportunity to fully review the cleaned car with staff before tipping to ensure nothing was missed. Very little is ever wrong. Competitors seem intent to push me out without looking only to discover that half the car wasn't vacuumed or other responsibilities were overlooked. This place does great work! read more

ALWAYS see things that weren't done- I guess it's my fault for not checking the back but today when I got home I went to take some parcels out of the back and alllll the hay I'd asked the guys to vacuum out was still there, plus I had to reckless my own windshield, as it was just past closing time when I left and I didn't notice how streaky it was till I got in the sun on the way home I'll hold out for AutoBell from now on...sorry guys! tried to 'keep it local' but almost $40 for a car wash should give better consistent results. read more

Took my car in for the first time today and WOW. I don't know if it's ever been this clean! They did one hell of job and I'll definitely be coming back to them! Went for the first time today - I'm surprised at these negative reviews! It must be who you get. We had a nice young man and the car looked lovely! It is expensive but we needed to get some major cleaning on the car. Quick, friendly, fast service. read more

Stopped in to get my truck washed while in town for work. Did a reasonable job as it was just a wash not a detail.

Manager called in a back up detailer because it was so busy. She made the stains in my car worse. Wish i never came here.

Detail shop review. Brett and William are nice people but the attention to detail is not on-par for the price of this service. I cleaned the car for 2 hours after getting it back. An unbelievable amount of dirt and crap was missed, I should have taken pictures and documented everything. They just cover the entire interior of the car with tons of greasy product (i also had to spend a good amount of time getting up massive amounts of overused leather and plastic conditioning oil all over the car) My experiences at other detailers have been worlds better than this. read more

Took my car in, not the first time. It was dirty on the inside which I explained that I needed a thorough vacuum. They sold an express exterior detail which I had time for so I agreed. Picked up my car when done, left a great tip, then noticed the problems. Trash left in the car, screens and panels smeared with some kind of oily residue which I now have to remove, leaves and debris left in the interior. It is not my job to micromanage the definition of a clean. Will not be returning. BTW, I drive an Escalade not a beater car so if that is the difference in car treatment, does not apply here. read more

A few days ago I drove through some wet paint spilled on the highway and splashed white paint up about eight inches on my red Cadillac's driver side rocker panel and rear quarter panel. I headed straight to Carolina Springs Auto Spa in Cornelius hoping for a little miracle. When I drove in, the manager was summoned. He immediately moved the car to the pressure sprayer and went to work. Thankfully, the paint started coming off. He and his assistant continued the process for 15 to 20 minutes until all the white paint was gone. When the job was completed I asked what I owed. The manager said, "Just take care of my assistant and bring a car in for a detail." At my upper-seventies age, in the face of such spirit and kindness, I got misty-eyed and had trouble speaking my "thank-you's." --Gary Ellison, Davidson, NC read more

Paid $85 for Exterior and Carpet Shampoo. Exterior looks really great. As for the interior, what a bust. Pics attached. Clearly missed a few spots for the carpet cleaning! Called back and in the $85, a wipe down of the interior is not included. Disappointed to say the least. I'll head elsewhere next time. UPDATE 12/30/17: received a call from Manager, Brandon, who was very apologetic and embarrassed by the work done. They offered for me to come back at anytime to have a "redo" cleaning to make up for the poor work today. Brandon was very apologetic and I will take him up on the offer. They redeemed themselves so as a result this review went from a 2 stars to 4! I'll make it a 5 hopefully after the next cleaning! read more

This was the best car wash I have had since moving to North Carolina. My car was very dirty - especially the interior windows and floors. 2 young men worked on the interior and did a really thorough job. The windows were shining brightly, the floors swept clean, and every interior surface was wiped, from the door pockets to the cup holders. Inside and out, the car looks like it did the day I drove away from the dealer. I will be going back. read more

Wow! I am so impressed! I got the interior and exterior of my car detailed for the first time. I didn't know my car could look this nice! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I stopped here to get my car washed as I am frustrated with the other car wash establishments in the area. Overall this was a good experience and I would come back. I came in during the weekend and the service was fast and they did a great job on my vehicle. The car was clean both inside and outside. The upsell push was a little annoying but I guess that you need to ask the question. Again overall I would come back. read more

Took my black Highlander over today for express service (wash and hand wax). When I got the car back I thought I was looking at a different vehicle. The finish was like a mirror. Rub marks were gone. The work was top top notch. The manager himself worked on my car to get it to his satisfaction. The outside heat has been in the 90s here. The people I was watching were giving same level of detail and service to everyone. Great job. Thanks for your hard work, Larry Resnick read more

Not worth the money. Purchased the "Works" but I had to do the work. At first glance, my vehicle looked okay so I left but when I got home I noticed they left the mats out, did not vacuum, cleaned half of the wheels and the front grill. And the windows were streaked! I even gave a tip. :( Had to redo the entire vehicle. What a mistake! Won't happen to me again. read more

We bought a new 2019 Buick Enclave from Randy Marion and made the mistake of parking this dark emerald green beauty under a crappy sappy tree. Nothing I tried could remove the sap spots that seemed to have eaten into the clear coat. The service folks at Randy Marion couldn't fix so they recommended Carolina Springs Auto Spa. Brandon Hall put his top guy Will on the job. They call him Merlin because he's earned the reputation of being a magician in removing spots and blemishes others can't. They weren't kidding. The spots are gone, the car's beautiful and they even tossed in a wash. These days you don't often get more than you expect, Brandon, Will and Carolina Springs Auto Spa certainly gave us a great finished product at a very fair price. I only wish they had a location on the Denver side of the lake. read more

I'm new to the area and needed to have my car cleaned inside and out . This is a full service car wash and they did a great job . They also offer monthly service at different levels . I saw that they had a detail service and they sent me over to talk to Brandon (mgr) . He took the time to look at my hood which had gotten many scratches over time . He talked to me about buffing the hood and had confidence that he could fix it . I booked the appt. When I picked up the car I couldn't believe how great it looked . He did an amazing job . It looks brand new ! They charge a VERY reasonable fee . He will be getting my other two cars for service for sure . Ask for Brandon read more

I am a monthly junkie at Carolina Springs Autospa. Have a monthly pass, that is the only way to go, even if you only go a few times a month. My car always looks great, inside and out and with an SUV, the "way back" also gets done - floor, sides and windows. The employees are always pleasant and polite and the waiting area is clean and neat.
