The first thing I noticed was the smell of weed when I walked into the entrance, past the office. There were no cars in front of me, only one being towel dried after the wash and it took 20 minutes for my car to get vacuumed and through the wash. This is with five employees on site, on a Saturday morning. What was more disappointing was watching the employee work with absolutely no hustle, slow to get out of the car, walking slow and continuously stopping to look at their phone. An odd thing to do when your customers are waiting and the cashier makes sure to ask if you want change for tips. I understand that I'm paying for a $40 car wash and not a detail but just overall disappointing. I ended up being on site for just over 40 minutes.....for a drive through car wash that wasn't busy?! Maybe they can turn it around but I won't be back, too many other options locally.

Birds of all kinds seem to love my white car (you know exactly what I mean), and between that and all the bug casualties, I usually have to do a pre-wash before even thinking about a full wash. Not this time.  To my surprise, one single run through and my car came out crystal clean. I actually caught myself smiling... it was that satisfying to see her looking that good again. The vacuums here? They actually have real suction (a rare luxury these days), and everything was in excellent working condition. The entire property is clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up. Glass, interior cleaner and towels are available, and there's even an air pump on-site in case your tires need a little attention. What stood out most was the honesty and helpfulness of the employees. They really guide you toward what makes sense instead of upselling unnecessarily. That said... knowing my car would likely be redecorated overnight with that lovely Mountain Dew-colored pollen dust, I went with the Deluxe Xpress--which includes a return wash within 4 days. I pumped my gas, then headed over to get a car wash. The young guy explained the various full service options and helped me to select the best one. He even explained the point system to receive free washes with their loyalty program. In the past I've had anxiety about going through the car wash because my wiper blades almost got ripped off. The owner Steve walked up and said on the Lexus you just hold up the gear and it keeps the mist wiper sensor off. He was very confident and convincing. Now I was comfortable proceeding through. I could tell this was some high-tech cleaning machines like no other I had been to. Once the wash was over I proceeded to the full service drying station. The guys vacuumed and cleaned my car like a professional detailing company! I was beyond pleased. I've never received this service at any other car wash! They even asked me to look it over and if anything needed more attention. Wow! All that for only $26! I waited in their comfortable waiting area. Which had tvs and lounge chairs. Not your typical waiting area. I decided to go inside the market and check it out. This was not your average gas station. When I tell you this was the cleanest store I've ever seen. They sold everything from clothing to wine! I took advantage and did a little shopping while there and purchased some soft served ice yogurt with toppings. Y'all it was too good and inexpensive. GSF PPF is the "Top of the line" PPF material in the industry. Nothing compares to it. Jason also also upgraded the ceramic from Feynlab V1 to Feynlab V3 on all painted surfaces. Previously he had performed a hybrid application, Feynlab V1 on the doors, the hatch and to the quarter panels and Feynlab V3 to the front bumper, hood and roof. Ceramic was also applied to the wheels and to all exterior glass and plastic trim. Feynlab ceramic is the industry leading ceramic coating, there is none better. If you are considering getting PPF and/or a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, contact Jason. He will also instruct you on how to care for your vehicle after his work is finished. Don't waste your time and money on sub par work performed by other "Production" shops.
