Christine well sorry to say she never answers her phone you have to keep on calling to try to get ahold of her this It feel is very unprofessional when you run a business specially with a person who considers herself an event coordinator but yet wants to charge you for everything your bring. She blows you off like what happened is nothing. I reach out to management about my concerns and a simple oh sorry with no return calls. This isn't a simple I'm sorry issue this serious specially when you the amount money I did to rent this place. I think that if you express your self and reach to management it is not for them to brush it under the carpet it's for them to take action. Ok so I spent over 10k on an event where I even opened a tab on my credit card for my guest. I spent over 2k on drinks and telling them I didn't want my guest to pay for anything well that didn't happened they were charging them anyway. They started the tequila shots good at the beginning and then I caught them only serving half the amount but still charging the same amount. Ok so I started by telling you to keep eye I personally saw there staff helping selfs to some special treats that I purchased for my guest they would fill up there plates walk in one door and go out the other they thought no one was looking but I saw them personally. Crooks I also reach out to there management expecting a call back I guess they didn't think this mattered I told them that there staff needs to come to work properly dressed the bar tender could use a belt he was sagging with his pants half way down his butt and working along side with Christine who at no point said anything. Before we locked in out event we told her our guest would be bringing bottles as gifts and asked not to turn them away well that didn't happened. 30 min before my event was over they start to pick up the bows of the chairs as if dough telling my guest the party was over . My event was paid up to 12am. Ok and here is the big shocker who in there right mind puts a security guard to turn on the lights before the event is over and stand in the middle of the your event. I explained to them this was wrong and ignored me this isn't a prison where guest have to be ushered out we don't need a chaperone. If I spent this kind of money for one night have the respect and decency to honor a contract and specially you have been doing this for long time. This is very unprofessional as a business owner this doesn't flow. I wouldn't rent this place again so if I was you I'd check out other places that don't act like this place did.

Most venue or event spaces tend to be very large, this was enough to accommodate about 70 people, hairs and table rentals included. You will need to provide your own tablecloths, tableware and catering. Single gender neutral bathroom in the rear of the space but is quite visible to all. Plain white walls lend themselves to your imaginative design. The event I attended was a gender reveal, there was a very nice balloon background on one side, and about four buffet tables end to end, holding snacks, favors and gift bags. Spacious enough for everyone to mingle. Lots of parking but lunch hour was quite busy and I had to park towards the rear of the property.

We booked several months in advance and planned to set up at 10:30 am for our 2pm start, so there was no rush or stress. We had no problems with access. However, I received a text the morning of the party that the balloon arch people canceled, but they were working to find a replacement. My sister arrived early to set up but couldn't find any table linens. It was only when I inquired that I was told that that vendor had also canceled. They assured me a backup supplier would be coming. I was also informed that the ice and drinks would be arriving between 1:30-2pm, while my party was supposed to start at 2!! The catered food arrived at 1:30pm as planned, but we couldn't set anything up because there were no linens. Guests started arriving prior to 2 pm, and NOTHING was set up. I asked them to make themselves comfortable at empty tables and handed out water bottles while we scrambled in our dresses! This was the first celebration ever where guests had to decorate their own tables! With everyone's help, we were able to get the party started at 2:45. This is hardly what I envisioned for such a special occasion. It was by far the worst party planning experience I've ever had compared to several company functions I've coordinated for over 400 guests! The floors could really use a deep clean, and the bathroom had an ick factor. Definitely could use help with cleanliness and esthetics. The pictures online are truly misleading. I suggest you have your own contingency plans and prepare for the worst, which is what I experienced, unfortunately. The $100 refund hardly covered the disaster and stress.
