I booked a desk and brought my husband along to quietly work for a few hours, something I've done at other locations with no issue. The space was wide open, yet the front desk girl treated us like we were breaking rules, insisting I book a conference room and reading terms at me like I was trying to cheat the system. Even after I complied, we were watched like hawks and made to feel completely unwelcome. It was rigid, robotic, and the exact opposite of the flexibility and hospitality I've come to expect from WeWork. Won't be coming back to this one, and honestly considering getting rid of my membership. I will find a different place for my team and I to work.

To decide if I should get a membership and work here more often. The customer service provided by the woman at the front desk (I don't recall her name, but there are several negative reviews of a woman fitting a similar description) was so horrible that we decided to only work there one day. I also quickly decided to not pursue a membership. It's really unfortunate because the facility itself is great. Advise to management would be to replace her with someone less abrasive and off putting.

I was able to customize my interior to my liking and I truly enjoy when I pull up to a beautiful building which contains my business office. Overall I am very pleased and highly recommend this location to people who are searching for some great office space.

The owners have a clear appreciation for local art and culture which is reflected throughout the space. There's a perfect blend of socializing in the common areas, yet quiet in the work area (imperative if you're as easily distracted as I am). Perks -- free coffee, chill but professional people, natural light, amazing views (especially at sunset), great central Downtown location, several conference room hours included with all monthly plans (and if there's no one renting it, they'll occasional let you use it for free -- ex: for a phone call/video conference). Definitely a good spot to get work done outside of the house. And at this price point, it's practically a steal.

I started with them and I have not been able to pick out a desk or use the office once. I started with them on June of 2019. The company charged me for several months and did not inform me I needed to pick a desk or I would need a key to use the facilities. I found out I needed that in July after I had already paid for June. I asked them to put my membership on hold until I could come in and pick a desk and get a key and they still charged me. They are all about money and not providing a great service experience or any experience at all. I talked with the owner about getting a key He said he would call me back but her never did. Check for a workspace elsewhere because they don't provide any real services and thy may not be a real company. I believe they are a shell company without any spaces available from my interactions with them. Either that or everything is already rented out and they can't provide me with a desk. I have rented and office before and I was informed of everything and I actually was able to use the office when I wanted. I now regret moving from where I was before and coming to this company so I could be closer to my home.

The other thing I really like is that there is air conditioning 24/7. I work weekends and many offices turn off the air on the weekend. The other thing is that the security guards are really nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place (I have told several colleagues about it as well).

I've visited other coworking spaces, some of which either don't feel inviting or felt like more of a hangout spot as opposed to a place to get work done. This is not the case at Blankspaces. It's quiet and not distracting.. I can focus! This place has all the amenities of an effective office space so that you can focus on what's important-- running your business! Every client I've brought here has been impressed by how nice this place is. It's definitely a great place to bring prospects and to close a deal. There's a range of other businesses here, which provides a great opportunity for networking. The building is not too full right now, but I enjoy the close knit community and being able to see and recognize faces. Don't get me started on the food.. On the daily, you can expect breakfast pastries, specialty coffee, and La Croix on hand. Also, basically every day there is a cute treat going on, whether it be omelettes, beer/wine/cocktails, charcuterie, crafts, holiday related items, or healthy (and delicious) snacks. You can tell that the managers Mikey and Dani really go the extra mile to brighten up our day (and fill our stomachs) to make the workplace a little less monotonous. They are sweet-hearted people who really care about their members and guests. Whether you're used to working from home or have an office elsewhere, I recommend giving this place a visit.
