Perks -- free coffee, chill but professional people, natural light, amazing views (especially at sunset), great central Downtown location, several conference room hours included with all monthly plans (and if there's no one renting it, they'll occasional let you use it for free -- ex: for a phone call/video conference). The company charged me for several months and did not inform me I needed to pick a desk or I would need a key to use the facilities. I found out I needed that in July after I had already paid for June. I asked them to put my membership on hold until I could come in and pick a desk and get a key and they still charged me. They are all about money and not providing a great service experience or any experience at all. I talked with the owner about getting a key He said he would call me back but her never did. Check for a workspace elsewhere because they don't provide any real services and thy may not be a real company. I believe they are a shell company without any spaces available from my interactions with them. Either that or everything is already rented out and they can't provide me with a desk. I have rented and office before and I was informed of everything and I actually was able to use the office when I wanted. I now regret moving from where I was before and coming to this company so I could be closer to my home.

The space was wide open, yet the front desk girl treated us like we were breaking rules, insisting I book a conference room and reading terms at me like I was trying to cheat the system. Even after I complied, we were watched like hawks and made to feel completely unwelcome. It was rigid, robotic, and the exact opposite of the flexibility and hospitality I've come to expect from WeWork. Won't be coming back to this one, and honestly considering getting rid of my membership. I will find a different place for my team and I to work.

Everyone I have talked to who rents here is happy. Hector follows through with his promises, cares that tenants are happy, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is good with the space. The other thing I really like is that there is air conditioning 24/7. I work weekends and many offices turn off the air on the weekend. I had a great…read moreexperience with Regus in San Pedro that was transferred to Landmark Sq on very short notice around the Christmas holidays. At that time, I mistakenly opened an account for this facility when I did not need to since they created an account for me. When I alerted them that I had two accounts, I spoke with the local manager. When she saw that the new mistaken account was at a monthly rent that was 3x higher, she said she couldn't do anything. So even though this was opened by mistake and there was no consideration for the account since they were not providing any additional service, they would not do anything nor would they give me the name of anyone at Regus to speak with. I sent them a notice of rescission - they ignored it and ignore my repeated requests to speak with a manager. I see below that other people had similar problems and am not surprised. In my opinion, these guys are rent collectors and don't care about the customers or doing what is right or ethical. Service here was lousy. High turnover. They were very slow to return emails or calls. I once sent over a UPS label to send my mail to me and they sat on it for over 2 days. If you were the slightest bit late in paying they threatened to withhold your mail. So I switched to Barrister and get great service.

Everything went well, was happy there. Then San Pedro location closed and I was automatically transferred to Long Beach branch without my agreement. I tried over and over to object informing the Regus team Long Beach was not what I signed up for. Regus informed me to wait and they will fix. I kept getting billed monthly without ever using the services. I asked to remove and Regus told me they couldn't. Because automatic contract renewal. I'm trying to work this out but Regus is not budging and locking me in for a year even though I am not using their services and capitalizing on a "automatic" renew contract. Stay away from Regus. Regus is a scam that locks you in.
