I get to enjoy studying at a public desk and take practice exams in a private office. I requested 24/7 access to start the day early or stay late. I really like that there's a kitchen, coffee, and tea. Saves a trip to the coffee shop because I'm able to bring lunch. This space is clean, beautifully decorated. I am surrounded by crystals and plants. Customer service is expeditious and excellent. A plus: I love crystals. The offices are named after crystals!

The staff is on top of things and are always making improvements to the building. Unfortunately there is one tenant who forgets that he's at a 24hr building meant for music and rehearsal studios. He seems very aggressive and will yell at you to say that the music needs to be off at 10 pm. He will curse and threaten to call the cops and tell you that the company said there is a curfew when there isn't. That's the only reason for the four stars. I did call the company and they took care of it very fast and very professionally but it Kind of makes you feel uncomfortable that he's there. Other then that, this is a great clean place to get some creativity in. Great prices and great spaces!

But oh if you throw trash that isn't trash( say an old work chair ) best bet they are watching on their cameras and will say something that day. These people are a joke

The building is perfectly fine but the management company (Essex Realty Management) is the WORST…read more Water shutoffs without contacting the tenants (when they clearly knew it was scheduled to get shut off) and no customer service whatsoever. I misplaced my mailbox key 5 months ago and pleaded for a replacement to no avail. I still don't have a key and the best part? They mail you your monthly bill with current utility expenses, etc and even though I had clearly called and emailed saying I couldn't get me my mail (please help!) and had been calling for an email statement guess what? I get fined with late fees (when they wouldn't give me a statement via email and clearly knew I couldn't access my mail). Um. How about help me, help you? When I leased the place, I was promised a clean, updated bathroom (that was still in the process of getting done) and stupidly accepted possession pending the completion of repairs (they promised to coordinate with me) and it's now been 2 years later and my bathroom has NEVER been repaired. It looks like a Mobil gas station restroom. I've contacted them MULTIPLE times and have a email trail showing they had agreed to repair but Essex Realty Management is like a Honey Badger... they don't give a sh*t. The Honey Badger does what it wants, when it wants. If you're looking for office space here... AVOID them like the plague. Better yet, knock on any of the tenants doors and ask them. They'll tell you to RUN. Just because we got suckered into a lease, doesn't mean you have to. Save yourself. You can thank me later.
