I booked a desk and brought my husband along to quietly work for a few hours, something I've done at other locations with no issue. The space was wide open, yet the front desk girl treated us like we were breaking rules, insisting I book a conference room and reading terms at me like I was trying to cheat the system. Even after I complied, we were watched like hawks and made to feel completely unwelcome. It was rigid, robotic, and the exact opposite of the flexibility and hospitality I've come to expect from WeWork. Won't be coming back to this one, and honestly considering getting rid of my membership. I will find a different place for my team and I to work.

The customer service provided by the woman at the front desk (I don't recall her name, but there are several negative reviews of a woman fitting a similar description) was so horrible that we decided to only work there one day. I also quickly decided to not pursue a membership. It's really unfortunate because the facility itself is great. Advise to management would be to replace her with someone less abrasive and off putting.

The company charged me for several months and did not inform me I needed to pick a desk or I would need a key to use the facilities. I found out I needed that in July after I had already paid for June. I asked them to put my membership on hold until I could come in and pick a desk and get a key and they still charged me. They are all about money and not providing a great service experience or any experience at all. I talked with the owner about getting a key He said he would call me back but her never did. Check for a workspace elsewhere because they don't provide any real services and thy may not be a real company. I believe they are a shell company without any spaces available from my interactions with them. Either that or everything is already rented out and they can't provide me with a desk. I have rented and office before and I was informed of everything and I actually was able to use the office when I wanted. I now regret moving from where I was before and coming to this company so I could be closer to my home.

Everyone I have talked to who rents here is happy. Hector follows through with his promises, cares that tenants are happy, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is good with the space. The other thing I really like is that there is air conditioning 24/7. I work weekends and many offices turn off the air on the weekend. However, I was still charged for February 2025 even though I had emailed Dani multiple times confirming that January 2025 is my last month. The deposit was suppose to be returned 60 days after my last month so it should have been returned by March 4, 2025. I have been emailing her for about 2 weeks now asking her what's going on. She only replied once asking about my Zelle for the rerun and has not replied for over a week about what's going on with the return of my deposit and the additional charge (Feb 2025: that they weren't suppose to charge me). I emailed her multiple times confirming if everything was good regarding ending my contract and she confirmed and told me yes. If it's only less than $200 it's ok but you owe me $900.
