We found Executive Tint on Yelp and read the very positive reviews of their work. We needed 2 cars worked on and Manny responded very quickly to the request for a quote. We decided that we wanted to have the ceramic tinted windows and the quoted price was very competitive. Manny was able to schedule time the next day. The work actually took a couple of attempts but this was not Manny's fault; the battery died on one of the cars and we had to get that seen to first. My car was a fish bowl and miserable. I got my car tinted by Manny from Executive Tint. He can come to you, it takes lil over an hour (times vary) but he needs shade so a garage works best. He also is great with communication and texts and emails you an invoice that comes with lifetime warranty. He also provides many options and prices for everybody. I got the highest preforming and best film which was ceramic. It came out pretty sleek and sexy and it's so good I can leave my car with the AC off and I'll come back and it will still be cool. I'm very pleased with the performance after letting the film cure (2 days no windows down and a week to fully cure) minimal air bubbles which is normal. On July 2nd, I contacted Manny by telephone and had to leave a voicemail. He responded to me with a text message (totally fine with). He told me he would call me in about 30 minutes to discuss pricing. Instead of calling me, he texted me again and gave the prices over text (again, not a big deal). Being that it was a holiday weekend he would not be able to do it until the following week. He told me he was available Tuesday (July 9th) through Saturday (July 13th). I asked if he could do it Tuesday and he told me he wasn't sure but would get back to me the following day to confirm. I did not hear from him the following day. I texted him on Monday (July 8th) to see if he was going to be able to come the following day. He replied and we agreed on an appointment at noon on Tuesday (July 9th). On Tuesday, two hours before the appointment, he texted me and asked if he could push the appointment back to 1:30pm. Which I agreed to. He ended up showing up at 2:00pm and then explained he would not have enough time to tint all 5 windows of my truck and would need to reschedule for the following week. I was frustrated but told me he would discount the price if I give him cash and we agreed to him coming back on Monday (July, 15th) at 9:00am. On Monday, I texted him at 8:45am to confirm our appointment and did not get a response. At almost 11:00am I texted him again. No response. Very disappointed after reading all the other great reviews. I have now had to cancel plans twice due to his inability to keep the appointments we agreed on. Not to mention he wont even respond to me now. I have never written a review before but due to his unprofessionalism I felt it necessary. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. read more
