Stayed here for 1 night before I went off on a cruise. For some weird ass reason I had to email them the voucher I used to book when I checked in, using their unstable internet.
The closest metro station to get downtown is Cornelia, which is like a 1.5km hike. You can also take a bus that has a stop much closer.
The bar is great! The bartender there was super friendly and very talented at making drinks. He made me a very nice Luxardo drink as well as a Aperitivo and sent me extra too. I was chatting with 2 women from England who had been there since 7:30pm.
Facilities are great. You can borrow a power converter from the front desk, but they do run out of these if too many people want them. The one we got was super ghetto and made sparks and had to be held together by rubber bands, but it worked.
Wifi is free but poor... there's a random alternate network called dlink near the rooms that is much faster.
Restaurant: Service is... worse than Italian slow. I think because they have a captive audience they don't really care. Food is ok, nothing impressive. I went for breakfast and dinner. It's up on the 4th floor down a hallway and around a corner. We got the special for dinner, which included a starter, 1st course, 2nd course, and wine for a 25 euro. Got an Italian appetizer sampler, which included fried mozzarella sticks, zucchini, and some other things, pasta, and a lamb meat dish.
Breakfast selection is okay. Nothing too special but it's free at least.
