Unfortunately someone's aluminum ladder fell off their truck in front of me on the FWY and ruined everything under my car. My friend recommended this shop and they were able to take car the next day! My Tesla Model Y developed a clicking noise in the rear driver's side axle for which the Tesla service center diagnosed and recommended a complete half-shaft replacement. That was going to be expensive, so I took it down to these guys for a second opinion. A little over an hour later and it was fixed, turned out to be due to a rust in the mating surface of the axle assembly. They took care of everything and I was out the door much sooner than I expected. I found out after hearing noises in the front-end of the car that the swat bars were installed incorrectly, not centered, greased, and with the brackets in reverse (left on right and right on left) at both the front and rear axles. This is such a sad attempt to not owning up and take responsibility for your mistakes. As previously stated components were not detective, it was the installation. When installed correctly components work PERFECT. I have attached the original invoice from Redwood Motorsports diagnosis so you can view for yourself. Redwood Motorsport has developed their own Ohlins Suspension, and one of the Best Tesla shops in California. It states. "Driver side had front and rear upper spring perches switched. In order to make the "wrong" (front) spring perch fit in the rear the stock rubber isolator had been cut and Mangled (pic in 1st post) to fit into place. Suspension was installed incorrectly and unsafe to drive on. All suspension needed to be removed, dis-assembled and re- assembled for proper installation" I suspect this pathetic 2 month later response is because I disputed the amount charged to my credit card and its was decided in my favor. Since Arian S. continues not accepting responsibility and now is just Lying , I plan to sue for the the remaining amount via Small Claims court and will post a updated here read more

I'd have to agree 100% with a previous review charging this shop with no accountability for mistakes! This is a small business, albeit the owner may own others, property etc. It was my first and last visit. The owner's name is Arian and there are three other f/t employees. In a jam when the AAA arrived to say I had a strong battery and my starter was shot,. I had heard a few positive comments about f.k.a. Toyo Tech and had it towed there to install a new starter replaced by the parts shop under warranty. All went well when 3 weeks later, I was stranded alone when the car wouldn't start again. I waited 3 hours for AAA to adjust my battery holds, which the tech observed were loose and improperly reconnected after having it in Motorwerkz shop. If you aren't familiar, a wrongly connected battery discharges and will eventually die. I called Arian the owner, who seemed very confused after I explained the situation. My friend, a witness fo all of this, went with me to the shop to show Arian the problem. Arian was well-prepared to deny any responsibility and worse! He told boldface lies starting with how batteries aren't disconnected when installing a new starter!.He argued vehemently, accusing me of bargaining to get a "free starter" (forgetting that the new one was a replacement part and did not come from his shop). Needless to say he ignored all logical statements we made and continued his rude and disrespectful judgments, reflecting a serious, cultural gender bias. Needless to say, one isn't long for business with this behavior. Since this was my first (and last!) experience, I am generous to say he may give his repeat customers a break (particularly if you are not an elder woman),but proceed with caution. There are many other reputable shops in the area which reflect integrity, aware that bad business and poor customer relations continue to create ill will and a path toward a destructive reputation. read more

I had a oil light come on after getting an oil change and the Jiffy Lube said it was just a sensor. I didn't trust em, so took it to Executive Motorwerks and they informed me that I had less than a quart of oil in my truck. They drained the old oil, inspected the engine and replaced it with top tier oil for a great price in about a half hour. sent my car in for injectors to get coded. when my car arrived I was informed by Andre the car wasn't starting and they had to charge my battery. I let him know it was most likely an air lock in the lines from the injector being replaced, he told me he was going to look into it, Later that day he called me very hostile telling me how "I shouldn't touch underneath the hood of any bmw if I am not trained to do so that I messed up a bunch of things an how he has been specially trained for many years." I apologized more then once an let him know I was just trying to save some cash. 2days went by he called me an said I need a 600$ fuel pump an I was most likely the cause of that I told him there is no way the car was working fine before everything an mentioned the air in the lines again another 2 days went by Of not hearing from anyone I tried to call 3 times an was ignored. Around the 5th day I got a call saying it is my dme which will be even more an it is not getting any signal I tried to ask about air being in the lines again an was told that would not cause this. After that for 4 days I tried to call an was ignored so i left multiple voicemails, I then had my step dad call later that day from his company phone an they picked up within the first 2 rings for him and he (step dad) questioned them about the car an was told they will contact me. Andre called me within 20 minutes letting me know that my car came in for coding it is not priority right now because of the problem it is having After a day Somewhere along the lines Javier the shop owner took over an then called me an let me know he is sorry an he felt challenged to get the car started an that he did get it to start an he did get the injector coded, I asked him what it was where he told me it was only air in the lines an my map sensor was broken so a little plastic piece could have been in there I told him thank you very much multiple times. All in all my car sat there for over 10 days because their bmw mechanic did not want to listen to me when all of this could have been avoided. Definitely a nightmare read more

Javier is great. I took ownership of a 2011 Roadster (#1339) two months ago and had some things done. Javier upgraded my roadster headlights to LED; installed a brand new front carbon fiber apron/lip; put on the extend view mirrors I bought; and even replaced a letter that had fallen off on the trunk...very knowledgeable and he's reasonable priced. I think for us roadster owners (and Tesla owners in general) we should give Javier as much business as we can--that's the only way to keep him around.
