Good morning Scott, As you may recall, I have been a dedicated Nissan customer for the past 11 years, returning to your dealership time and time again because of Bill Nehez and Jason Meyer in the service department and Stephanie Ney in your sales department. I came in to your dealership on Sunday, March 12 to purchase a vehicle for myself. I really had my heart set on a used Rogue. My daughter has a new Rogue and loves it. Stephanie was my daughter's sales rep and did a great job with her, and once again, Stephanie, went above and beyond to take care of me. Long story short, I'm broke. I would not get enough on my trade in (2006 Nissan Altima) to make purchasing a used Rogue feasible given my inability to provide an additional down payment. When given this news, I wanted to leave (I was emotionally upset, crying) and have the Altima repaired once again to buy more time. Stephanie could clearly see how distraught I was and she stepped up to get me in a new leased vehicle that fit my budget. She listened to me carry on about my financial woes and the cause of them and did her best to get me excited about the purchase of my new vehicle. I picked up the vehicle this past Friday and still was not feeling overly excited (only because of my own emotional baggage); but after having driven it for a bit, I finally became proud of it and myself realizing that I had once again, with Stephanie's assistance, overcome the obstacles life threw in my path. Your team in North Haven is elite, exceptional, the best ! They have brought my children along from new drivers to experienced drivers with the utmost care; taking the worry off of my shoulders - knowing my children and their vehicles would always be safe. That is huge in my book ! Thank you to them and to you. With kind regards, Deb read more

So disappointed in the deceptive business practices used by this dealer during my most recent lease and as a result I would not recommend them, nor would I ever do business with them again. I negotiated an trade-in of my old Jeep for a new one, showed them a slight dent in the front bumper and some small paint scratches and they agreed to pay off the lease on the old Jeep and I took possession of a new one. Only to get a bill from the finance company 2 weeks later for $1,800 telling me the slight dent in the bumper and the minor paint scratches constituted excessive "wear and tear" - even though the Sales person informed me the Dealer would take care of it when I showed it to her. I wrote to the President of the Dealership (Scott Orsini) and he basically blew me off and said he would not cover the cost. Coincidently, I had leased a Mazda for my daughter from his Hartford Dealership a year early and my daughter didn't like it and it she had a dent in the front fender and I traded in at CAR MAX in East Haven and they paid off the lease - including the damage and I never received a bill from the finance company. Based on this experience with CAR MAX, I believed it was inherent in the deal I negotiated at Executive Jeep. A bunch of thieves and I will likely commence with a small claims action soon as a result horrible experience. read more

The reason am giving this place 5* is because of a super cool guy name Anthony elder who works in the service Deparment, I always had a easy and pain free experience form the very first day he help me with my new 2018 Jeep . I normally hate car dealerships ; and I rarely use to go even for a oil change cause I could never remember any good experiences, I live a good distant but the drive is wroth it and I really enjoy getting my oil change now lol . After all your never there for a good reason and when you find out what's wrong with your car, that will put you in an even more funkier mood . But I never met some one that sets your mind at ease and reassure you that your car is in good hands and when it comes to customer service this guy is the real deal he always had my car back to me in reasonable time wether I had to be put in a rental or not and he really take time to listen too all your complaints and he goes above and beyond to address everything and make sure you understand the process and he even calls to give you a updated or if your ever at the dealership he'll make you feel right at home & personally come hisself & make sure your doing great and let you know so is your car lol I wish every dealership had a Anthony this man needs too teach classes on great customer service read more

I worked with Lauren Lorusso at Executive Jeep and leased a new Jeep Cherokee. Right from the beginning, Lauren made sure I was getting the exact Jeep that I wanted (I had a few specific requests for the Jeep I wanted) and she never tried getting me in any other vehicle that was less than perfect! She put all my options on the table whether it was different packages, prices, etc.. and made sure I knew every possible combination of prices and what I would be getting. Lauren never for one second made me feel pressured or rushed. Lauren is very enthusiastic about cars and knows what she's talking about! She loves the product she sells and it shows! Lauren and I talked back and forth up until the day I picked up my Jeep and she even gave me updates on what they were doing with the car (cleaning it, pulling it up, etc). On top of amazing service getting my vehicle...Lauren checked in with me even after I got the car home. She really works hard to make sure you're happy! I'll definitely be leasing my next Jeep with Lauren :) read more

I brought my Jeep in for service regarding transmission concerns on three separate occasions. Each time the diagnosis was "operating as designed". Shortly after my bumper to bumper warranty expired two indicators flashed, "service transmission" & "service parking brake". After having the vehicle towed in to Executive, they advised me that there was an update that was needed which wasn't covered under my powertrain warranty. After the service advisor checked my history and saw how many times I brought the vehicle in, he did everything he could, including speaking to a manger on my behalf. They made the situation right and fixed my vehicle. Although I'm probably not going to purchase another Jeep, I standby the service and customer support Executive Jeep Nissan staff has delivered to me. I can't speak for every location, but North Haven, CT has the best car care service I have received. SideNote: I had a preowned Nissan that was serviced regularly at this location prior to purchasing my Jeep. read more

It was a pleasure dealing with Gary, Stephanie and Jesse at Executive Nissan Jeep. From start to finish it was evident that customer service was a priority for them. Gary, the Internet sales manager, worked with us via email during our initial search. He was courteous and responsive. He understood our needs and made sure that our trip was not in vain. When we traveled from NY to CT, we met our salesperson, Stephanie. We found her customer service to be outstanding. She was competent, organized, and willing to make a fair deal. She was also willing to come in on her day off to deliver my new car! Jesse's work as business manager closed an already pleasant experience. He was organized, efficient and helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with an honest and courteous sales staff. We appreciate the outstanding service we received. We would recommend Executive Jeep Nissan to anyone! Thank you! read more

If you want to buy a Jeep, or even if you're not sure, go to Executive and ask for Craig. He is the ideal car sales rep. All knowledge and professionalism and no pressure. His genuineness and friendliness made us comfortable with him immediately. He clearly has a passion for cars and his job. That translated into a great experience for us. He answered our many questions thoroughly and expertly. Then he actively searched for every discount and rebate he could, most of which we weren't even aware of. How many car salesman do that? Then he ran multiple price and payment scenarios, still with no pressure. We came out with a fair deal on a great vehicle. And when we went in to sign all of our paperwork, we were equally delighted with Armad, the finance manager. Because of Craig and Armad, we had just about the ideal car buying experience. Thanks gentlemen!! read more

There was a problem with my first routine service on my new vehicle caused by a technician error. Why I'm rating the Service Department so highly is how they responded to the mistake. Even though Service was closed, a service rep came out to speak with me. When I explained the problem that resulted from my service appointment earlier that day, he asked me to wait to see what he could do. He got me a rental car (no charge) since I could not drive my vehicle. The next day they fixed the problem. I met with the service manager, Frank, and he explained the technician's error. He didn't make up excuses or try to blame it on a defective part. I mention this because "defective part" was the excuse I got at a Hartford area dealership with another vehicle. I respect Frank's honesty and that he holds his technicians accountable for their work. read more

My experience with Executive Jeep was nothing short of excellent and a large part of that has to do with Steph Ney. I leased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited this month. I knew what I wanted and Steph made it happen. At first, they had a little bit of trouble getting ahold of the exact Jeep I wanted due to the high demand for jeeps country wide. Not only did Steph keep me update and included me in everything they were doing, she went above in beyond to get me into my dream Jeep. Once Executive found the Jeep for me, the transactions following were done extremely professionally and with helpful smiling personal. If you know what you want or even just want to see what options are out there, go to Executive Jeep in North Haven and ask for Steph, you will not be disappointed. read more

I just recently leased a 2017 Jeep (75th Anniversary Edition) from Executive Jeep in North haven, CT. I would like to thank three individuals for making my lease a success. Craig Amaro (Sales Department) went far above what I expected a Sales person to do for a customer. He located my Jeep in New York and was able to get exactly what I wanted in the color I wanted. His Sales manager Dave Jones was also the easiest person to deal with. They made promises and delivered on all of them. The third person was the Business Manager Pedro Espada. Pedro had all of the paper work done and ready when I came to pick up my new Jeep. It was a pleasure working with him and the rest of the staff at Executive Jeep. Tom S. read more

My husband and I recently purchased a used GMC Acadia from Executive Jeep. Although the make of the car was not in their wheelhouse, the group was amazing to work with. Rich D'Andrea was our salesman that we worked with. I would highly, highly recommend him. We went back a couple of times to look at the car before actually deciding to purchase it, and we NEVER felt pressured by Rich to buy the car. He was so nice!!! The whole process start to finish was enjoyable. The manager we worked with, Rick, was also very professional. Overall a wonderful experience. I would recommend purchasing a car from here and especially from Rich. read more

I just leased a Nissan Altima from Stephanie Ney. She was professional and knowledgeable about the process and the vehicle. Very pleasant and easy to work with. I emailed Nissan's sales mgr and told him what lease and terms I needed. He emailed me back with exactly the numbers I gave him and a very nice car. He assigned Stephanie to me and she took it from there. NO pressure to move up in price or options to as higher lease than I wanted.( unlike Wallingford Buick which gave me a low quote on a vehicle, but when I got there they only offered me a much higher lease arrangement then I wanted.). Nice job Executive and Stephanie !!!!!! read more

We started out at Branhaven Jeep, we were turned away, this after purchasing 4 cars at that dealership, we decided to head to Executive Jeep, and we were welcomed right away and Blaise sat down with us and made sure we knew what we were able to get and made sure we got the payments we needed. The other dealership last time seemed to be rushing us, didn't go over anything with the car at all!! Blaise made sure I knew the car before I drove it!! Even finance was a easy step, Rick knew what he was talking about and explained everything. I will recommend this dealership to whoever asks!!! read more

My car was totaled in an accident. I needed a car soon. Looking on line for something pre-owned, I saw one at Executive Jeep of North Haven. A sales person, Jackie Torres, braved the very cold February weather to show me their selection of what I needed. Patiently getting me up to speed on the newer technology we found an SUV that fit my needs. Sales manager Frank Mikolike worked the numbers repeatedly until we got one my budget could do. The rest of their team wrapped up the paper work and I am enjoying my almost new ride. Thanks to everyone involved. read more

The best place to buy a Jeep or Nissan! My family has gotten vehicles at Executive for the last 20 years, and we have never been disappointed or had a bad experience. I can't rave highly enough about Brian Jacob, he is so personable, knowledgeable and professional- if you're interested in a Jeep or Nissan, go see Brian, he will be the best salesman you've ever dealt with-bar none! Thank You Executive- we will continue to recommend your dealership as the best place to buy a vehicle for years to come! read more

After having a bad experience at Branhaven. (They didn't want to serve me because of my skin color), Executive was the breathe of fresh air I needed. Everyone from the sales manager to the salesman to the receptionist were fantastic. They got me into the Jeep I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the car. They worked for me and made the process painless. I will certainly come to this dealer for my future car purchases. read more

Armad and Fran were awesome. Their customer service was empicable and they guided me through each step with patience. They were very detailed and took time with getting the job done. May I add they always kept a smile on their faces and the interaction felt like it was very personal instead of business like. Will definitely be back and hope they are still there From Maggie and her Mom read more

Absolutely horrible dealership took advantage of a college student. Yes you to death to make the sale, and then actually renaig on their end! No one helped not even the GM. it was like you never existed after the sale was made. Would not be surprised if they were actually a shaddy business. There is too much competition out there! Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else. read more

I have purchased THREE cars through this dealership and have been treated fantastic on all occassions. I've never had an issue, even had great service from the service Department. The Service Advisor Jason Meyer is fantastic. I can't say anything other than GREAT about this dealer. When I read all the other comments I'm wondering if they went to the same place I went too. read more
